Our boiler blew and with the winter months right around the corner Don was able to assist in a pinch. Don is always kind and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend. Although prompt and courteous, felt we were overcharged. Also, caused another problem, had to call back to fix problem caused by him and discovered that original problem was not completely fixed. Going to go with another plumber in the future.

Should have asked how they charge as the service was good but the price was high. Replaced a toilet and 2 faucets, which I supplied. Took 1 hr and 45 minutes for labor and charged $655.
this was more than the items they replaced.
thought this was double what price should have been. Will ask pricing before hiring from now on.

Stay away from this UNprofessional company. We needed a quick service call and it was a total ripped off, but the worst part is that management couldn't care less to even try to understand the issues. The manager was so rude that i couldn't tell if he was the real manager or just a random person who picked up the phone. WORST service in town. I called couple of better companies and went with one of them. By the way, they want to write down all your credit card information in a piece of paper, they dont even have a card reader. If i could, i would give them zero stars.

Don was great. We moved the location of a kitchen and had Don re-pipe some natural gas lines. He was responsive and his prices were great. Unlike others, he wasn't looking to pad the bill and offered his advice for other items I was doing myself. I now have a plumber I would recommend to my friends.

Best of the best. I have used other plumbers in the past but the job was never 100% complete or they left a mess or the job wasn't done 100% right. Capitol is the exact opposite. One time, job is done to perfection and site is left cleaner then when they arrived.

We called Capitol Plumbing regarding a smell in the basement and Don came out to diagnose it within 24 hours on a Saturday. He was courteous, polite and knowledgeable. He explained the diagnosis to both my husband and myself thoroughly. He did the work the same day and was done within a hour. He worked professionally and neatly. The smell that we had been living with was gone within a few hours. The price was reasonable. We will be calling them again for other jobs in the suture!
