Capitol Mechanical is my go to plumbing company. Always professional, punctual and precise. Excellent customer service and an amazing work ethic. When Garth arrived I informed him of my plumbing situation/problem and resolved it within 5-10 mins. If you're looking for a plumbing company, this is definitely the company!

The Capitol Mechanical Company lacks integrity, is not reliable, or efficient, and is a rip off. They collected a service fee prior to visiting my home, showed up, and then stated they would need to return the next day; however did not do as promised. Instead, they asked me to send them the error code presented on my machine so they could know the issue. The technician stated that he would order the part and return to install it once it arrived. After numerous follow ups, the tech responds and returns the following week but only to SHOW FACE. He did not have the part he guaranteed would fix the problem. My water heater is still not fixed. I definitely would not recommend this company or use them again.

I had an issue with water flow and water hammering. I contact Capitol Mechanic to come out and inspect my pipes. Germaine was courteous, knowledgeable and communicative throughout the entire process. He explained everything (showed me videos and pictures) that he was doing and came back a few times to make sure he got the issue corrected. Not only did he follow Covid protocols, he also wore shoe coverings in my house and cleaned everything up when he finished. I will definitely call him again and refer him to anyone who may need a plumber.

Germaine explained all aspects of my project and communicated with me regarding the selection of my replacement hot water heater. I had a leak in my bathroom that was falling into my kitchen. I'd had two other plumbers come look at it with fixes that didn't help. Capital Mechanical came out and resolved the problem quickly - showing me what was happening, walking me through the process and ultimately getting all resolved. They were super professional, were good about following covid protocols and great at explaining. Highly recommend them

It has been two weeks without hot water, and I scheduled a a service job with Capitol Mechanical, and they never showed up. They rescheduled for the following week, and never showed up again, despite constantly calling and following up. Wasted two days waiting for nothing.

I don't understand how they are remain in business if they are not doing work.

I called and finally got an answer from this company. Someone from the company gave me a date they was suppose to come. I called to confirm the time on the day the supposed to have came. The man said they would be out to my home between 8:00AM - 12:00 PM. The day came and no one showed up. I called and called no one answered. I will not recommend them to anyone. My motto is ""If it doesn't start right it won't end right"" Very disappointed no good customer service!!!

We asked Capitol Mechanical to replace the bathtub faucet and shower curtain holder. He ordered the part and when he arrived to install it, he informed us the ring couldn't be installed. He installed just the faucet, charged us the full price, and threw away the shower curtain holder. At first he agreed to find a suitable shower curtain holder, then he stopped communicating with us altogether. When I disputed it with my credit card company he lied to them. Steer clear of this company, there are plenty of reputable companies you can use.
