I called David to help my grandmother, and he no doubt was there within 2 hours which is great. What remains a mystery to me is though why he charged her $550 for less than 1 hr worth of work, for freeing up a clogged bathroom sink drain and getting a garbage disposal back into service. I would recommend him only if you have some excess cash you want to get rid of.

Apparently I never learned not to put stuff down the garbage disposal (or maybe I still don't believe that you can't)....but after some choice words from my husband and some disappointing looks from David after he REPAIRED my sink, I'm a new woman that will forever throw leftover scraps in the trash! A weekend without a working sink is torture. I was so grateful David fit our downtown condo into his busy schedule - within one day of contact. He was easy to work with, reasonably cost, and offered quick service. I plan to use him for other handyman services in the future!

Scheduling was easy (which meant a lot to me considering how many handyman/ contractor types never bother to get back to you!) and David contacted me right away when I asked for a quote. We were able to make an appointment quickly, and he showed up right on time. They were able to fix my disposal (I had gotten a substantial piece of metal stuck in the blades which needed to be pried out by someone more skilled than myself.)

David is quick, responsive, friendly, and professional. We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling, and after doing a thorough test, made an appointment to come back to open the ceiling to fix the leak. He and his assistant got the ceiling open and found the problem quickly -- unfortunately it ended up being a very expensive problem that I needed to consult with the owner about before authorizing any repairs. I was impressed that he took the time to explain what options we had available and also that he told me what I needed to make sure I asked for if I decided to go with a different contractor -- that struck me as very honest and helpful. He really seems like a good guy who cares about his work. I'll definitely keep him in mind for future house issues.
