We are first time homeowners and the brand new place we bought had issues with a toilet and closet racks that needed fixing. We didn't know who to go to, but lucky for us, he and his assistant were great!! Helped us understand the issue and how it would be solved. He even went above and beyond with some extra little fixes like a panel that needed screwing down. Would recommend to everyone!

I was very anxious about getting this all done while I was also busy at work and dealing with the washer/dryer delivery guys. David was friendly, informative, and despite being very busy came at eight in the morning to do the repair. He showed up right on time, and was communicative throughout the process.
