Sloppy incomplete work had me contacting them for an emergency call back that never came despite being told to stay near the phone. Call back was more than 15 hours later. Plenty of other plumbers in Santa Fe. Go elsewhere!

Snapped by natural gas line with a bob cat while digging in my front yard. I called territorial plumbing and they came and fixed the line and walked me through the process of getting natural gas turned back on. Just superb! Consummate professionals!!!

I have used this company for years and just recently began having trouble when one of the owners sons was sent to do work at my home. i was charged $388 to have two electrical GFI sockets installed which the electrician determined to be the best temporary fix for the existing problem I was experiencing. I never received an estimate for the work we requested to be done and was charged for the excessive hours spent here while the young man talked excessively re: his upcoming child, his views on solar energy, the efficiency of his home and when i finally suggested that he probably had other apptmts to get to, he stated he didn't and he continued to chat while we were billed for his time on site. The only good thing i can now say is that the receptionist Verna did reduce our bill when I complained. this all happened in January and today, just five months later, one of the two GFI sockets has already failed and when I called to see if they would replace the socket I was told that parts were warranted for 90 days and I would be charged to replace the socket. It would cost me another $180 plus tax. In addition, this same young man has failed to meet his appointment times and never called to let us know he was running late. On one occassion he was over three hours late and we called the office to find out what was going on....and they didn't know why he hadn't shown up. Lastly, I just recently recommended Territorial to a neighbor and explained that i had good service in the past and one recent bad experience. the neighbor decided to use TP and experienced similar problems with the boy not showing up on time and was dissatisfied with the service call as well. They won't be using this company for the needed work and i will not use them nor recommend them in the future.

I had several involved and challenging installations done recently and the SF Express employees did a first class job. My first experience was the removal of a defective range/burner vent that required numerous innovative solutions that they provided. The second experience was the installation of a dual mini-split A/C system on my house. They coordinated the electrical work and did the mini-split installations over several days. The installations were complicated but the final result was perfect. Their prices were quite reasonable and I will be using them again in the near future.

NO CALL NO SHOW. scheduled to have a hot water heater replaced. took off of work. no call no show. He won't even pick up the phone. my family is without hot water still and have to go through this dance with another plumber now.

Don't use them!!!
I made an appointment with them weeks early because I had a timeline to meet. They entirely blew me off. Total no-show. When I called, they said I was on their calendar, but they didn't even bother to call me to say they weren't going to show up.
Unreliable and untrustwothy. Don't make the mistake I did.

I scheduled a job with Robert at SF Express Plumbing and Drain two weeks ahead of time. I explained very clearly to him what was needed and he was very agreeable. He even recommended having two people show up to make it easier. The job required taking a water heater out and then reinstalling after placing in a prefab cabinet. On the day of the appointment, not only did Robert not have two people, he had zero people available for my job. He mentioned he had emergencies, but he was not willing to honor his commitment to my job or even give a courtesy call in the morning saying he had to reschedule. It is not really understandable how I go from scheduling two people in advance to having no work done at all. Robert and his crew should not be trusted for planning out your plumbing job, and I highly recommend choosing a different company in advance as to not waste your time.

Late day before the project, the owner informed me that it would cost me $700 for a $50 permit to do the simple job of extending a 30 inch gas line, not including the cost of the work itself. He then blamed me for not telling him, a licensed professional, that a permit was required. I had to fire him, call off all of the other contractors ready for him to complete the work. I should have realized why the YELP reviews on this company are so bad. BUYER BEWARE!

If I could give them a negative rating, I would. They installed a toilet incorrectly back in late February (crooked). I reached out to the plumber to see if he could come by that day to fix and no response. I called the mainline and spoke to the owner, Robert Martinez, the following week who said he would check their schedule and get back to me. He never did. I ended up having TLC come and fix it. He sent me the bill and called me to collect. I mentioned the issue again and said I would pay but was annoyed. He then told me that I could have called more. I did say they were incompetent I was surprised it was installed wrong and no one called me back. He continued to tell me I was cheap because I bought the toilet and that I need to go back to wherever I came from and he would just put a lien on my property. I am not sure why he told me to go back from where I came from, but I don't think it was meant to be a compliment.

Had some effort to get a visit. Put in a mini-split. When weather got cold heat didn't work. Came and solved it. No charge for three hours work. Quite fair
