Mossy B.They came out for a free estimate. I explained the situation multiple times and really just wanted a quote for the part since I had two other technicians come out and diagnose the same issue. I understand that they would need to look up the part from their supplier, but I really think they operate in a fishy way. Why would you offer to try to ignite my system knowing well it won't ignite and offer a $700 discount if it doesn't or have me pay upfront if it does. And to quote $1300 just to swap two identical parts since I have two boilers in my unit is a rip off. Not very professional and just looked like they wanted to make a quick buck
