The only reason they did not get a zero it's because that was not an option! I hired them to fix a leaking toilet tank which they said needed a major rebuild. Tell me the price would be $368 and come to find out a major rebuild takes about 15 or $20 worth of parts and 30 minutes. I left my card with my roommate to pay the bill. After looking at the work and hearing of the time I feel like I was absolutely 100% totally ripped off. No itemized receipt. Matter of fact no receipt given and was told it would have to be mailed. I waited it got here and had no details other than major tank rebuild $368. No breakdown of labor and parts. Nothing. Plumber worked approximately 30 or 40 minutes. Parts could not have cost more than 15 or $20. I feel like I was totally ripped off after looking at what was actually done. Think twice before you call these people if you value your money
