Every one of the employees were professional and the ladies in the office are the best! I received thank yous and movie tickets! What exceptional customer service that you don't find anymore! Coming from sales and customer service I know how important it is especially because of the competition! They replaced my AC and offer a 1 yr free tune up and so much more! They were not the cheapest but hard to compare because different brands! We had a Rheem put in and my bills seem lower because it is much more efficient than my 18 yr old Carrier. We called Capital Plumbing & Heating and their plumber, Matt, showed up the next day even shortly before our appointment time. Matt was knowledgeable, informative and friendly. Our drain was clogged so severely that he had to run his snake 3 different times, with different end tips and finally while simultaneously shooting water into the drain while running the snake. Third time was the charm; Matt never gave up and after a long battle, success. The cost was within typical costs for similar services and I would recommend Capital Plumbing & Heating, especially because of Matt's service.
