The technician (Justin) called prior to my appointment time and asked if it would be okay if he came over earlier and gave me a time range. He was even 15 minutes earlier than the time range he gave. Very courteous and professional. He got me back up and running with a repaired water heater all before my original appointment time. It was a great response time and was nice to have hot water again. Would recommend this company for any plumbing repairs.

I live in Wakulla County in a home built in 1951 so needless to say we have needed a plumber before. On a saturday a pipe sprung a leak flooding underneath the house. Not wanting to use any of the services we have used before my wife called these folk based on the number of 5 star reviews and they were open. It was looked like it was going to storm and I knew they would cancel. They showed, were professional, respectful, got the job done and treated us right. As I said, the home was built in 1951 and I already know we will need more plumbing work. I see no reason to shop around on a hope and a prayer with these folk around. I can see how they have been around so long. Nowadays it's hard to find a business of this caliber. I was convinced they no longer exist. I was wrong! Thank you.

This company is one of the best business' I have dealt with. Manipulating through the nightmare of updating a kitchen and getting gas installed these guys worked very hard to help make it easier. Great gas installer, also installed new sink faucet. Can't say enough about how neat Chris' work was and also how friendly. What a fabulous employee.

They showed up on time and helped replace my vanity in one of my bathrooms. They maintained professionalism and updated my every step along the way. I would recommend them to anybody needing repairs to their own sinks, vanity or bath tubs/showers. 10/10!

Discovered a lake in my front yard this morning, called these guys after a little research. I was quickly connected with their on-call guy, Justin. He came out in a timely manner, was super polite, and kept proper distance and wore a mask during interactions. He quickly found the issue and stopped our Fountain of Youth. Furthermore, all of their work is guaranteed for a year and their license number is even available on their website! Great guy, good work, decent prices for an emergency call on a holiday!

We had our garbage disposer replaced, a drain line cleaned and a gas line installed in the kitchen for a new stove that we hadn't received yet. They did a good job and did it fast. It took three men one hour at $107.50 EACH. A week later, after the stove came in, we had them back to hook it up. Took one man all of 10 minutes and cost their standard rate, $107.50. They don't prorate. They'll get to you quickly and do a good job, but their pricing is high. I'll recommend them but with that caveat.

Failed to show up for appointment within the agreed upon time frame. When I called to cancel, was asked to reschedule and when suggested after hours appointment to accommodate the fact that I already lost money waiting for their service that was not provided and refused to lose anymore I was laughed at by Stephon. As though going above and beyond to accommodate for their mismanagement of their schedule were something silly.

Recently, Eric and Jay unclogged our drain, diagnosed the source of the problem and contacted the city for follow up. I highly recommend this company. You can be confident that you are getting the best work at a fair price.

I was a little disappointed at first because my new toilet was rocking back and forth. I hesitated calling back at first because I thought it was my fault (maybe I sat on the toilet too soon). Stefan, the service manager, came out to repair the repair! Lol. Stefan was awesome. He was polite, he was knowledgeable, and professional. He even gave me tips on places to visit, with my little brother when he comes to visit. I'm not sure if you can personally request Stefan, but this 5 star rating is just for him! Thanks Stefan!
