I requested a service to change vanity faucets, and they failed to connect with me by leaving a phone call and then charged me for the trip they had to make to my home which was not an confirmed appointment time and day. I had to call and was able to cancel the charge. The next time of scheduled visit, the technician showed up two hours later than the time frame that they will be going to show up, and seemed to be working great for 5 mins until they come out and say they need to bring a saw or something to remove the flanges of the sink that is stuck. I understood that things could happen sometimes so I said that I will wait for another call to re-reschedule. Then the next day they sent me an invoice of 138 for the trip by email and called me to remind that it is due right after service. None of the two technicians arrived at our house did not mentioned about that... But I thought to myself that it is fine as long as they will be revisiting my home with no additional travel fee of another 138 the next time of rescheduling so asked the woman on the phone just to confirm about the fact that they had left me because they did not have the tool which is something the customer should not be held reliable. Then I heard about the fact that the technician's note stated that due to my fault of manipulating the flanges before the plumber arrived, it cause it to stuck in the place and the problem that they had to bring the another tool in... At this point, I have lost my trust with this business and had to stop rescheduling. The only reason I gave one more star to this is that one of the operators that I had conversation with was sincerely apologetic about the wrong charge issue that initially happened, and I was thankful that she was understanding and kind.

I called them to fix a leak due to a water softener. They came out to fix the leak and charged me $200. 3 days later and it's still leaking. When I called them to come out and fix the leak that they were supposed to have fixed they want to charge me another $124. Employees and management are awful. They only care about making money not solving problems.

Called Capital Plumbing to schedule a garbage disposer install. The agent was friendly and scheduled a technician in only two days. Josh arrived right on time, went straight to work and finished quickly. He was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, efficient and friendly and left the area cleaner than he found it!! This is the third time that I have used Capital Plumbing for various problems and have found them to be dependable, honest and fair.

We recently had a minor plumbing emergency. Our usual plumber was not available for three days unless we wanted to pay for after-hours service. Capital Plumbing was well rated and available with a few hours. Within a couple hours Levi called to say he was on the way. He was actually a couple minutes early, was professional, obviously knew what he was doing, completed the necessary repairs and cleaned up in well under an hour. Levi is a credit to Capital Plumbing and will be requested next time we use the company. Thank you Capital Plumbing for the quick response and great service. Hang on to Levi, he is a great plumber and well worth keeping! We highly recommend your company because of him.

Poor customer service. They lied and said they left me a voicemail but never did. They failed to show up for an appointment as well. They interfered with the relationship I have with one of my tenants and made me look bad. I am switching plumbing companies.

Had a water pressure issue and called as soon as they opened was told that the plumber would likely be at my home after 12:00 noon. Was disappointed cause I was hoping earlier so I could get to work by noon. She said she'd do her best to get them out sooner if possible. Thankfully Joshua from Capital plumbing got here about 10:30 (yay!) and went right to fixing the problem, replacing an old PVR and Just after 11:00 my water was working GREAT. Thanks Joshua !

I highly recommend Capital Plumbing Contractors. From the moment the friendly receptionist answered to when Stephen, the plumber, called to check in and make sure everything he fixed was still working perfectly later in the day, dealing with getting our busted pipes fixed was easy and economical. Stephen and William called when they were on their way and showed up on time. They were friendly and unfazed my the scope of the project. They clearly explained what they needed to do and why and got everything fixed efficiently and smoothly - all while remaining positive. I've found our family's long term go-to plumbing company.
