Poor customer service. They lied and said they left me a voicemail but never did. They failed to show up for an appointment as well. They interfered with the relationship I have with one of my tenants and made me look bad. I am switching plumbing companies.

Had a water pressure issue and called as soon as they opened was told that the plumber would likely be at my home after 12:00 noon. Was disappointed cause I was hoping earlier so I could get to work by noon. She said she'd do her best to get them out sooner if possible. Thankfully Joshua from Capital plumbing got here about 10:30 (yay!) and went right to fixing the problem, replacing an old PVR and Just after 11:00 my water was working GREAT. Thanks Joshua !

I highly recommend Capital Plumbing Contractors. From the moment the friendly receptionist answered to when Stephen, the plumber, called to check in and make sure everything he fixed was still working perfectly later in the day, dealing with getting our busted pipes fixed was easy and economical. Stephen and William called when they were on their way and showed up on time. They were friendly and unfazed my the scope of the project. They clearly explained what they needed to do and why and got everything fixed efficiently and smoothly - all while remaining positive. I've found our family's long term go-to plumbing company.

Had over $2000 worth of work done for my business and had multiple issues the biggest being the plumbing work they did failed inspection for one of my permits. When I told the company they said """"we don't have a record of doing that."""" and they would call me back. Two weeks later I call again and complain just to be returned with attitude and super rude service. Again I was told we will call you back and I am once again being ignored. The invoices are not detailed and don't actual list out the work done. Some part that are listed on my invoice I know where not used or at least the quantity I was charged for was not used. Never again will I use this company and neither will any other business in this building or property owned by the same person. The plumbers themselves where super nice and helpful however, the office is so unhelpful. They did not tell the plumbers all the services I requested, failed to notify me twice that no one was coming to my appointment, and did nothing but tell me I was wrong and give me attitude when I presented the problems to them. The day after having my plumbing installed it was leaking and i got attitude for asking them to fix it. Now that none of my plumbing is up to code I expected them to either fix it or refund some of my money, nope I got told we didn't do all that work we will call you back. This was days ago so it is safe to say they are going to ignore me until I go away.

Called Capital Plumbing in a crunch for 3 toilets to be installed quickly. Capital provided Rodney to come the next morning. My wife was at the house when Rodney came. All we can say is WOW! Service and excellent quality customer service is what Rodney offered to us. We called for our son and his wife, who gutted a townhome and were moving in that weekend. We are from TN, and if we were in Tallahassee full-time, this would be our go-to contractor for all-things-plumbing. I am sure all the professionals that work at this company offer great service. But Rodney would be our first request. Thanks again for coming through in a crunch!

I was having issue with toilet leaking around the base. Reviewed on You-Tube and decided it was an easy task and I could fix it myself. Ha, made 3 separate 50 mile round trips to Lowes before I had all of the right pieces of the puzzle. Put a new flange and spacers in with a new fangled connection vs messy wax rings. Set the toilet, hooked it up and voila - dadgum thing still leaked. Googled """"best plumbers in Tallahassee"""" and selected Capital City. He came out the next day (not an emergency) and used the old wax ring vs my fancy adapter. When put back together it appeared to work fine. The next day, I noticed the flange bolt was too high to place the decorative cap on it, so I got my handy hacksaw to cut it off. Well, the whole bolt had popped out of the flange slot. Once Holiday weekend was over I called Capital City back. Chris Collier and his nephew, Jayce came out bright and early the next morning. They changed out the whole flange and stack rings - basically saying - we are fixing this so it will never happen again. And they changed the full valve and updated the drain in our jacuzzi tub. They were awesome! Great customer service!!!!!

The technician (Justin) called prior to my appointment time and asked if it would be okay if he came over earlier and gave me a time range. He was even 15 minutes earlier than the time range he gave. Very courteous and professional. He got me back up and running with a repaired water heater all before my original appointment time. It was a great response time and was nice to have hot water again. Would recommend this company for any plumbing repairs.

I live in Wakulla County in a home built in 1951 so needless to say we have needed a plumber before. On a saturday a pipe sprung a leak flooding underneath the house. Not wanting to use any of the services we have used before my wife called these folk based on the number of 5 star reviews and they were open. It was looked like it was going to storm and I knew they would cancel. They showed, were professional, respectful, got the job done and treated us right. As I said, the home was built in 1951 and I already know we will need more plumbing work. I see no reason to shop around on a hope and a prayer with these folk around. I can see how they have been around so long. Nowadays it's hard to find a business of this caliber. I was convinced they no longer exist. I was wrong! Thank you.

This company is one of the best business' I have dealt with. Manipulating through the nightmare of updating a kitchen and getting gas installed these guys worked very hard to help make it easier. Great gas installer, also installed new sink faucet. Can't say enough about how neat Chris' work was and also how friendly. What a fabulous employee.
