Leah P.I initially contacted Richard to perform numerous projects around my home, but when I realized his business was flagged by the Better Business Bureau for fraudulently displaying their logo, I became very apprehensive to hire them. He assured me that there was a misunderstanding with the BBB, and that he did everything in his power to rectify that, and that it was completely false. He assured me that his business was reputable. I gave him a chance, and he came over and discussed my needs. He sent me an estimate around the next day. After that he completely disappeared. I sent emails, texts, and left voicemails to no avail. He never responded again. It takes a special lack of integrity to waste the customer's time and your own. Just like several other reviewers on Google I can't recommend due to lack of communication and honesty.

We needed to have our basement painted, and we were on a very tight timeline because we had an unexpected floor installation bumped up on our schedule for work. I got a super quick reply from the business owner and he was able to pull together a crew to accommodate us in time to get everything painted before our floor install. The crew was on time, very professional and did an excellent job on the painting. I would highly recommend them for painting work and I plan to use them again for an upcoming door installation project!
