I called and scheduled an appt with Capital Plumbing for an occasional leak from the shower and a slow kitchen sink which I had for a while. Louie came within the scheduled time and gave an assessment. He was honest and told me the options I have.
I've called another plumber before CP , he just told me on the phone that I should replace all faucets for for $600 without considering my opinion- telehealth doesn't work with plumbing! Of course, I did not opt for that plumber.
I'm so glad I called Capital Plumbing , Louie wasn't like that at all!
Louie took care of the slow kitchen sink and advise what to do with the re:occasional leak in the bathtub. It's been working well so far. He also cleaned up the area well. Thank you so much for your time and hard work! I know who to call if I have other plumbing issues!

I called on 9/5/23 to price the water heater options I had and was told $1800 for 6 yr warranty and $1950 for a 10 yr warranty. when the service technician Anthony came to my home I was told that I ordered the incorrect water heater and the tank I needed would cost me $3050. I asked him why didn't the person that answered the phone yesterday informed me that there were different water heaters. He immediately blamed me for the error, that I should know what I needed. I informed him that I am the consumer and the representative should have asked additional question. I informed her I needed a water heater replaced because I had a cracked in mind. she only asked if I needed a 40 or 50 gallon tank. Anthony tells me she is just the secretary, you should know what type of tank you needed. I informed him that I did not know there was a difference. He proceeds to tell me, so you want to blame us for your mistake. I could not believe this level of service. I have use this company in the pass and have made many referrals but I will never recommend this company to anyone. In top of that, I had to pay $53 for the visit to insult me, unbelievable.

My toilet had been leaking for a long. I tried to fix it myself as did a friend but were un successful. I called Capital really not expecting anyone to come today but was surprised that someone would be out for sure today. Mike and Raj arrived on time and were able to find and fix the leak , They were a pleasure to work with. Friendly and courteous . I will call Capital for any plumping needs and I highly recommend them also.

Had an emergency situation at 6:00 am this morning (Sunday of Memorial Day weekend). Called Capital after the plumber I usually use didn't respond. Louie from Capital called within 10 min and said he would be over within 2 hours (he actually made it in less than 90 min.) What a great guy....diagnosed issue(s) and worked his tail off to be sure the problem was solved. Explained everything he was doing to fix the problem and why he was doing it. He was truly exceptional....friendly, professional, CLEAN, straight up. Extremely pleased with the service---THANK YOU Louie! Sorry you had to work the weekend, but I am glad you did! Looks like I have found a new plumbing service.

Today will be the Fourth Time That I needed a Plumber and Called Capital. They answer your phone call fast and all four times there was a Plumber at my house within less then a Hour. Today a Very Friendly and Profesional Plumber named Lou Came and was able to fix my Non Shutting Off Shower. It was Fixed Fast and He Cleaned Up after he was done. All fixed Fast and at a Great Price.

Pipe in my basement sprung a leak this morning. I called Capital Plumbing and they told me someone would call me back shortly. I got a call from their plumber within about 5 minutes. Lou was at my house after about an hour. I was quoted $79 for the visit and about $300 for the service. The $79 gets waived if you choose to do the service.

Lou was professional and courteous and the repair was taken care of quickly. Considering he was here within an hour on a Saturday, the price was reasonable as well. It didn't deviate from the price I was quoted over the phone either which I appreciated. I will definitely use Capital Plumbing again.

My husband and I bought a house last year and didn't have a plumber yet (please see my other review on Vigilante), but Mike from Capital will now be ours. Our pipes froze on Thursday night/Friday morning. We called at about 8 in the morning to have them come help us, and they said they had about 2 houses in front of us and would come to us asap and would call before they came. They called at 10 that they were on the way, and arrived at 10:15. Their service was EXCELLENT. They went right to work, put me at ease, and gave me helpful tips when I told them I was a new home-owner (not only about plumbing, but showed me something with my circuit breakers). Mike and Frank (I'm almost positive that was his name!) were friendly, professional, and did the job quickly and efficiently. I asked for Mike's personal business card and will call him the next time I need a plumber, absolutely

Had a broken pipe and called them at 12:30am for emergency service. I was told by the dispatcher that someone would be calling me back ""immediately"". The return call came at 8:45am. Unacceptable. When I did talk with a serviceman, he quoted me an outrageous price just to make the house call and then even more outrageous prices for potential services. The $20 coupon online is a joke to offset the fees. At least they were upfront about the charges and that's the only reason they got 1 star. Go elsewhere in an emergency.
