Not impressed. Wanted to charge almost $600 to fix a running toilet and a tub that was draining slowly. I paid them the $39 trip charge to just please leave. Then went to Home Depot and spent $34 for parts for the toilet and the house was relatively new so a piece of plastic just hadn't been removed from tub drain. Just be careful!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I wish I had read the reviews before I called them. I actually got a recommendation for these guys from our neighbourhood group and had to call these people because of a plumbing emergency. The only 5 star review MUST be a lie. Long story short - Serviceman charged us $396 to replace a faulty shower cartridge which costs $20 at Home Depot, claimed it costs more because they provide warranty on it, how a $20 piece can cost 10times more in warranty- go figure! Used a $20 removal tool -how can his job be worth $356!!! He wrote in his 'report' that he """"rebuilt a moen shower wall""""!! Let me tell you that said 'rebuilding' took 10min! My mistake - told the lady on the other end (when I called them) that it was an emergency (which it was) and got totally taken advantage of!! I am reporting them to BBB.

Today, a Saturday afternoon, during what was meant to be a simple yard decor addition driving a stake into the ground, we nicked our main water line. ‍ While my husband was googling videos to fix it himself, giving me a panic attack, I called 3-4 places expecting everyone to be busy or closed and hubs thinking he had a pass to Lowe's. Capital City said, """"no problem, """" and they'd have some come within 2 hours. It was 45 minutes when they said they had someone on the way. Joseph arrived and immediately became my favorite person. In five minutes he knew the problem and the approximate cost, in 20 more he had it fixed, and 15 after that my landscape and pavers were back in place. He even gave us tips on how to finish the project we screwed up and shared his wonderful, big laugh. What could have been a huge headache and the start of my hubs expensive, failing plumbing career, instead was saved by lovely Mr. Joseph. Thank you!

Would not recommend this company. Tech was in and out and did little to find the root of the problem and communication was lacking. When speaking to the office, they were rude and condescending. If looking for a plumber, would highly recommend NOT to choose this one.

These guys are GREAT! I called them because we had a problem with water backing up into our house and flooding our bathroom. They had someone at our house in a couple hours and he didn't leave until things were functioning again. Super professional, and took the time to explain everything as well as answer our questions, he even discovered ways to save money on their service when he discovered a clean out that we didn't even know we had! Further, he did a great job of walking us through what next steps we needed to take (there are some next steps due to the nature of the problem) and reassured us that if we have any other problems we could call and ask for him by name. Fantastic service all around!
