Every great company has a story, and Capewide Enterprises is no exception. Joao Junqueira started building and updating across Cape Cod. During 1998, Joao was introduced to Richard Capen, seeking to create a home within the Cape. Joao and Richard became close friends right away.
In 1999, they broke ground on a custom house, that Joao constructed for Richard along with his family. The house was completed by 2000, and guess what, and so they are to this day. Following years of conversation about a business venture, they took the leap. Richard departed from his consulting profession to his travels to start Capewide Enterprises alongside Joao. Joao continued to do what he does best while Richard focused in 780CMR along with 310CMR, the state building code, plus Title V septic code for wastewater management. Following this, they quickly got to work buying trucks and machinery and have added on more offerings since!

Brian L.Rebuilt a 20 year old house in North Falmouth from the Fall 2014 - Spring 2015. Increased size from about 900 to about 2,000 sq ft. Although Joao was pleasant to work with and his subcontractors did a fine job, our new foundation developed a crack after about 9 months that got worse over time. We now have water coming into our basement on a regular basis and Joao is not being responsive to SEVERAL phone calls and texts. I even called him just to get a referral to someone who could help...no response. Very disappointed that Capewide DID NOT stand behind their work. BEWARE.
John M.Stay away! The re-roof job was awful, serious leaks along the cricket and leaks everywhere in bad storms. They refused to stand behind their terrible work. Call someone else.
Irene A.I live out of state and needed a title V inspection done in Mashpee. I called Capewide Enterprises and they were wonderful! Kaitlyn and Janine were the ones I was contacted by for scheduling and updates both by phone and email. Once scheduled I was contacted by Neil. He was able to give me a specific time frame and the inspector showed up when they said he would. Neil clearly explained the situation and what needed to be done to bring the system up to code. Even with rain delays the work was done and we had the paperwork passing inspection in 2 weeks. I was so impressed with their professionalism and efficiency I wanted to share my experience. I would highly recommend this company! Thank you for resolving this issue for me seamlessly!!!!
