Our heating system failed few weeks ago exactly when the weather was very very cold. I called them and John (the owner) called me back to discuss patiently the problem with me. Despite his busy schedule, he offered to come take a look the next day. Although the weather was very bad, he came the next day and helped us identify the issue and FIXED the issue the same day. He was extremely patient and answer any question I had. The service was excellent and it was a great pleasure to work with John. I would definitely go to them again if I have any issue with my heating system again.

Great work, had them out twice now. the first time was for a hot water heater that was elegible for a MassSave rebate. They were so easy to work with and made the MassSave process easy. They'll be our go to plumbers.

The stove we bought at Lowe's didn't include installation, so after a week of not having a stove before the new one was delivered, we were desperate to have it connected. We called Capeway and they returned the call and came a few hours later to set up our stove. They were courteous and professional, answering all our questions and making sure everything on the stove was in good working order. I would highly recommend them to do a great job at a reasonable price.

We called them to install an extra heating element in our bedroom. The owner figured out the price right over the phone. Few months ago we asked for them to install the unit, not long after that he owner called and said they could come over and complete the job the next day. The gentleman showed up very polite as always, the same ones who installed our gas unit. 3 hrs later job was completed and they cleaned up everything and the job was very professional. The price for the job was really reasonable. Very satisfied. Will call them in the future when we need something else done.

Just finished a shower to bath conversion at our house. I can not even describe how nice of a job that was done! Extremely professional! The type of folks you would invite into your house socially, but do a job so impeccably well you would swear it was meant to be this way. We called Capeway to come out to my 81 year old dad's house to check out a leaking hot water heater while my dad was away. Within 24 hours he had a brand new heater installed so when he arrived home from a long plane trip at midnight, he had warm water and heat. The work was done quickly and they handled his calls and questions with patience. The price was reasonable and they got the job done. Excellent service! Thank you!
