On /21/22 I called Capelli Plumbing and spoke with James. I told him situation and he said give him twenty minutes and he'll be over. I gave him my address and true to his word he arrived. He introduced himself with a friendly attitude and begin to to look at my problem. He gave me an estimate and a next day repair time. So so I agreed and very impressed. This company is above all the rest. The next morning Rick and Jared showed up and they was friendly also. They fixed my problem and now I see why Capelli Plumbing have a five star rating for reviews. They deserve more stars. This company is above the rest

I had a plumber come over to provide a quote for a sewer lateral inspection. He quoted me $205. He was super helpful and nice. I agreed to the price and he asked me to call the office to schedule the service.
I have called and left three messages and emailed twice. No response. Nothing. No calls back, no emails, and certainly no services provided. Forget these guys.

In this day and age, due to this ""f l u "" thing... it difficult to get a tradesperson to come and do the small things.
As an experienced elderly gentleman, I have come to realize my personal limitations.
The wife and I had a garbage disposal jam up that required replacement.
After calling many reputable company's, I got a personal recommendation from Kyle at Jebs Appliance.
Contacted James and at the moment he was occupied completing another job. I contacted a few more individuals.
Low and behold, several hours later, James called and followed up with whether or not I found someone to do my little job. (My definition, not his)
After contact, he arrive bright and early with just the ""right stuff""
We are ""all better"" now.
Highly recommend James for his follow thru, follow up and ability to do what he says.

Very disappointed , they give you 30day , but the 30days for them ends the next day after work done , not recommending to anyone in our neighborhood . Legally work is related , ( not un-related as you put it) your technician touch and work on exact same toilet That now has problem .

Response was great but advertisement was misleading. I called to have him come out for a ""free estimate"" to check the problem with my water heater and to let me know how much it would be to fix it. Apparently, he just re-lit the pilot light, told me it was fine and charged me $168 - 10% off for a senior discount. I get I should pay you for coming out but $168 for driving 5 blocks over to do something that took you 2 minutes with your advertisement of a FREE estimate? Technically, no ""work"" was actually performed as you had to figure out why it wasn't working by trying to light the pilot which should be considered an estimate! Yet, he still collected $150. Sad that local companies treat their community this way. Tried to support a local business and felt like I got ripped off instead!

Contacted Mr. Capelli on a Saturday. He replied in about two hours. Scheduled Monday and by Tuesday the job was completed on time and for a reasonable price. Extremely satisfied and no complaints.

Capelli plumbing took care of all the plumbing needs in my 63 year old home. James was very responsive and came out and looked at my broken tub drain and leaking bathroom sink and determined what was wrong with both, explained what needed to be done, gave me a reasonable estimate and set up an appointment. He showed up promptly and fixed the sink with an increased water flow to the sink after James I stalled the proper materials. James and David had to work together to replace the tub drain and pea trap so now my tub/showers drains!

While James was under the house, he discovered several pipes were corroded and there was a small hole in one pipe. He also discovered mold in the crawlspace and I had been smelling mold/mildew for a while. James quoted me a reasonable price to tear out the damaged pipes and replace them and we set up an appointment.

David and Ron came out to replace the pipes and once the old pipes were cut off I got to see how severely they were corroded and also see the holes in the pipes. David and Ron finished all the work, picked up after themselves and double checked to make sure everything worked.

Im so thankful I called Capelli plumbing...Thank goodness for James - he fixed the sink & bathtub and then caught the pipe problems early - this could have been a nightmare.

I had James and his crew complete the sink and shower plumbing in two of my bathrooms and they did an amazing job at a very reasonable cost. Very professional and cleaned up after themselves. James treated me like he was doing a job for his own family member and even let me borrow some his tools for some diy drywall work I've been trying to complete!

I had the misfortune of having Dave from Capelli Plumbing come to my house for a water leak from the main pipe in the front of my house. When he saw the leak coming from the small nut he told me I had BIG BIG problems. I was going to have to tear out my landscaping and my lawn to get to the water meter. He asked for a clipper to cut my plant in front of the pipe. Totally unnecessary the nut that was leaking was visible he then went to his truck and got a SMALL wrench he then made a 1 1/2 to 2 turn on the SMALL nut and the leak stopped. He then told me I was a very LUCKY LUCKY LADY. For this Dave charged me $165.00. ""NICE GUY"" NO STARS FOR HIM! I live the next block over from the business and that was with a senior discount. NO RECOMMENDATION FROM ME FOR CAPELLI!
