Do yourself a favor and find someone else.
They do not service what they sell.
If you have problems with the boiler they slapped
together, good luck, they won't be coming back any time soon.
I only wish I had chosen someone else to install my boiler.
Biggest mistake of my life having CARELESS install one.
I wanted to leave a review for Mike and his HVAC business. I had reached out to a few HVAC companies and Mike was one of the few that responded. He was clear and explained what the options might have been. I didn't get the opportunity to do business with him as a family friend had recommended another company before the onsite appointment. However, I will certainly reach out and would strongly recommend him to anyone in the market. Most businesses didn't reach out and the ones that did weren't as professional and responsive. Thank you once more!
Mark F.Finally...a professional and honest plumbing company. By far the best service I've ever received by a home contractor. Initially couldn't come out for a week which wasn't bad, then they called 3 days early and offered to come out because they were ahead of their work schedule. Two gentleman arrived in a company vehicle. They were polite, wore masks, and worked quickly. I had them install a number of faucets and replace a leaky drain pipe in the basement. I had toilet with rusted bolts I needed help removing. I hadn't told them that ahead of time. They had the tools to cut the bolts and took care of it. A supervisor showed up about and hour into the job to deliver the replacement pipe. He was also professional, asked for feedback on his crew, and wanted to make sure I was satisfied so far.
These guys work FAST, and it's quality. Prices are very reasonable. I added extra work and they still finished early, for less than I thought it would be, and cleaned up after themselves.
It's a family owned business with roots in the Merrimack Valley. They are the only plumbing outfit I'll call for now on.
Big thanks today (2-10-2019) to Mike Capeless and Mike Jr. My elderly parents lost 1st floor heat in their home. Mike was able to contact Mike Jr, and Jr was at my parents house within 30 minutes of the first call !!
Mike Jr was very professional, polite, and friendly, and he knows his stuff! He was able to replace the first floor water pump before the sun went down, and my parents had instant heat again!
Great service, great family business! I highly recommend Capeless Plumbing and Heating/The Boiler Guy!!

You know, it speaks volumes to me when the gas company sends their staff to do a routine inspection of my house, and that service person sees the work on my HVAC system, asks who did it, and knows exactly who it was while speaking very highly of that work. That's the kind of work that Mike Capeless, the Boiler Guy, does for you when you need it. The first year we were in our house, we had oil. There was gas coming into the house for the dryer and that was it. The day after Christmas (with three plus feet of snow falling,) our oil burner caught fire, and after that debacle was repaired by my oil company, we were totally done with home heating oil and decrepit boilers. We switched to gas. Mike and his son came by and did a fantastic job. They were both really professional, were on time, and completed the job ahead of schedule. The whole process could not have been easier, and they were super! They even fixed some issues not even directly related to the gas conversion and boiler replacement such as leaks, etc. The system runs like a top, and my heating bills are much lower due to efficient equipment and work. I recommend him to any of my friends and neighbors, and I am recommending him to you reading this post. I hope I never, ever have to replace my boiler, but if I ever do, I am calling the Boiler Guy!!!
