Came out to my home, didn't touch a thing. Told me my water heater had to be replaced. Everyone quoted me $580-650. This guy tells me it's going to be well over $700. When I told him that I couldn't afford it, he tried to charge me $100 just for driving out here. Which I was NOT told on the phone.

Cape Shore Plumbing is the worst plumbing company in Cape Coral. A pipe burst in my nieces bedroom at 8pm at night causing her ceiling to bow in, our rental company immediately put in a work order to Cape Shore Plumbing. 45 minutes went by and we heard nothing, so our rental property manager called Cape Shore Plumbing twice. No one could be bothered to answer. I called their """"365 days a year 24/7 emergency"""" phone number over 30 TIMES between 10pm and 1am and no one could ever be bothered to answer or return a phone call. They finally returned a phone call at 7am the next day. Absolute bullshit. I would Never recommend this company to anyone. We are stuck using them due to us being renters. Their customer service is also AWFUL being that when we asked about us calling their emergency line over 30 times they just said """"oh okay."""" If I could i'd give them 0 stars.

This plumbing company is definitely the one you would want to hire. Jorge is fantastic and a truly experienced at his trade. I had a leak in my kitchen and I called Cape Shore Plumbing and spoke to Jorge. He told me that he would be up between 11and 1. He showed up at 11:30 and quickly diagnosed my issue and was able to fix immediately. He's efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Definitely will call again when it's time to replace my water heater or anything else that I would need done. Definitely my to call guy for my plumbing needs...

I purchased a home in Cape Coral and needed an honest plumber to add a dry bar in our """"Man Cave"""", an area of the home that didn't have access to any nearby plumbing. Jorge with Cape Shore Plumbing provided a quote that involved cutting into the concrete floor with a jack hammer in order to place the sink drain and plumbing lines exactly where I wanted them. I was amazed at the competence the crew showed from """"scoping"""" the piping and investigation of all alternatives, to the demolition, to the installation and inspection approval as well as the finished product. You would never know that the dry bar was an """"add-on"""" and not part of the original design. We love it! There weren't any delays or extra expenses involved!

This company ripped me off. Called him for an estimate, came out for an estimate charge me $98. Never told me that there was a charge to come out and give me the estimate. Wanted them to come back and do the work, never did, ripped me off that $98. Wouldn't return my calls or text. Companies like that should not be allowed to exist. Don't use. I think I'll have to report him to the town.

It really doesn't get much better, Cape Shore Plumbing is my only go to Plumbing company. From the smallest jobs at our home to bigger jobs at my husbands place of employment. We know the job will be done correctly the first time, and there will not be a big mess when it's completed. I always recommend them to friends, family, co-worker and clients.
