Cape Quality replaced two toilets last year and some plumbing repairs this week. They are responsive, professional and easy to work with. This is especially impressive given how busy the plumbing trade is at the beginning of season.

This company installed all of the plumbing and HVAC in our home remodel in 2012. I never got any paperwork yet asked time and time again for it. They apparently grew too quickly and couldn't service the account and passed me off to another company to servide us. When I finally needed the warranty information, the new company called to tell me that Cape Quality never registered the equipement. When I brought this to their attention, their response, after a week was that they made mistakes in the past and they usually leave the paperwork on the job site. On a job site??? I referred a lot of business to them in the past and will not be doing that in the future. I do not recommend them for anything.

Very unprofessional. They were supposed to close down our cottage but did not ""feel comfortable"" shutting down our furnace, and left us to our own devices. Then they refused to address the frozen pipes that resulted from their negligence. Stay away at all costs.
