Ouch !!! Nasty nasty attitude from the fellow I spoke with just now. I need a water tank BOX for a specific item I'm packing for a move. I offered to pay whatever...come pick it up...And he bit my head off. 'NOOO...IF YOU WANT A WATER TANK I'LL PUT IT IN, BUT YOU CAN'T HAVE THE BOX !!' So much for that jerk!

Called Cape to repair leaking hose valve on patio. They quickly scheduled appointment for next day per my request. Promptly arrived and repaired what was needed by a very respectful, polite, and professional young man, Arsenio from the Boca office. Couldn't have been more pleased!

I am adding to the many glowing reports for Cape Plumbing. I called them at about 3 pm and they apologized for not being able to come until the next day. That was fine, I didn't expect them to be able to come that same day and it was not an emergency. They gave me a two-hour morning time frame. Thomas called me that morning and said he might be running a bit late. Again, not a problem for me. I appreciated the call. He called again when he was on his way and actually showed up only about 5 minutes after the original time frame. He found the problem with my water heater immediately and made the repair quickly, neatly, and efficiently. He gave me the price before he started the work. Because my problem involved the circuit breaker and the hot water heater, I had called an electrician the previous day who wanted to replace my entire circuit board for $5000. Besides being unnecessary, it would not have resolved my problem. I will be using Cape Plumbing for any future plumbing needs and will recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. Thomas went above and beyond expectations and the price was very reasonable!

So far so good! I came home to find quite a mess under my sink. Water coming out of the cabinet under the sink and on to the floor. We called Cape at around 6:00 and approximately an hour later Thomas was at the door. He fixed the faucet where the leak was. He was quick, courteous, and knowledgeable! I got their name from Best Pick Reports. Thank you so much for recommending them.

Had a leak coming from floor of bedroom. Called this company after other company did not show up twice. Appointment was from 4-6pm. He did not call me. He did not call tenant. He did not show up at all. He did not return multiple calls. It's as simple as that. What would you think if that was you?

This company is a little more expensive, but the saying goes (and is true) you get what you pay for. They went out of their way to obtain a """"vintage"""" part that was needed. This company was recommended to me by my daughter and where other plumbing companies said the work can't be done, Cape, came and did the work. If you want good service, exceptional work, and work done right then go with Cape Plumbing. I highly recommend them..

Love this guy! Mark came out to detect a leak in my money pit of a house. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Properly identified the location of the leak and had an attack plan at the ready! They solved my problem fairly and quickly. I highly recommend calling Cape Plumbing for all plumbing services.

This is a great place! the dispatcher could not have been nicer!!; nice Irish fellow. he led me to Michael who did a great job of installing my already bought toilet for less than two hundred bucks. he went above and beyond the Call of Duty and he promised to come back and help me if I have any issues. so I highly recommend this place and Michael!!!!!
