Michael did a fantastic job fixing my plumbing in the laundry room. He installed a new wash box for the washer. He was knowledgeable and caring. He informed me of tips to help with other plumbing in my home. Michael is definitely someone I would recommend to others. I am grateful for his service today.

Patrick arrived on time. Completed the work in a timely and professional manner. Albeit, the work was a little expensive, however if I had taken the time I might have found a plumber a little cheaper and maybe not be as pleased as I am with the results. I would recommend this company.

Patrick arrived on time as promised. Identified root cause of a clogged drain, I was unable to clear with chemicals and rented electric snake. His expertise, 16yrs, showed. In less than 20 min he resolved drain issue - that has never worked this well before. Pricing is competitive, but what sold me was his great customer service, explaining things carefully, answering all my questions and his great attitude of enjoying his job.

My uncle's water heater went. We tried 2 plumbing companies locally that did nothing. One charged for service and did a poor job leaving our water heater broken. We had them come back, but they did not fix the problem. We called Cape Plumbing and Michael came right out the next morning. He was fantastic and did a great job! I would highly recommend Cape Plumbing to anyone who needs a reliable, efficient and cost-effective solution. We have hot water again!

I needed an extra-tall toilet installed in the master bathroom. I ordered it online from Home Depot, but did not inquire about installation; and since I had a short time to pick it up from the store, I had to act quickly. I found Cape Plumbing in the 2022 Best Picks booklet, they had great reviews, and boy was I happy to call them! Mark called me within 5 minutes and scheduled a plumber to meet me at Home Depot for pickup, delivery, and installation. Elmer was waiting for me at the store with a smile (I had to sign for the toilet). He was polite, professional & strong! He opened box, examined new toilet, and loaded in company truck. Elmer followed me home and my new toilet was perfectly installed. My front toilet bowl needed a fixture, Elmer had a supply in truck, and took care of that for us as well. Reasonable price, Outstanding Service!

My monthly water bill and usage had increased by 5-7 gallons a month for 2 consecutive months. I did as much as I knew to do to locate the leak. I knew that it wasn't a broken pipe in the walls or ceiling, 2 story house, that water would have been readily visible. I had a plumber come out, didn't charge me, Affordable Budget Plumbing Services. I wanted to make sure I hadn't missed something simple. He advised me that the leak was under the slab of my house and I needed a leak detection company to come out and at the minimum locate and mark the manifolds (water supply before and after the leak). He recommended American Leak Detection. I'm on a fixed income and needed the manifolds marked so I could shop the job, called a bypass loop, around to different plumbers. I got a price from American Leak detection. It was more than I wanted to spend, so I googled a plumbing company that also did leak detection. They were cheaper and I was told I would be credited the the cost of the leak detection service if I used them. I spoke with Mark twice, once before and after the appointment was set. I wanted it to be clear that the scope of the leak detection would include the marking of the manifolds. He assured me they would. This morning the technician called to inform me when he'd arriving. His name is Tom. I made it clear to him that Mark assured me that he would mark the location of the manifolds. He danced around giving a direct answer. I informed him that I wanted it to specify on the invoice that he would mark the manifolds. Well, when he arrived I met him outside. The only thing on the invoice/job order was leak detection. I told him I wouldn't allow him to enter my house until he wrote on the invoice that he would mark the manifolds. He wouldn't do it. He said he needed to go in the house to look at the situation and possibly have to cap off the manifolds to find the leak. I told him that was not within the scope of leak detection, there are specialized equipment for locating leaks. Once he started doing additional work I'd be responsible for payment for that work. It was a way for him to somewhat guarantee I'd have to use their company for the bypass work. He was rude, hostile and started yelling at me. He was saying if he didn't find the leak I didn't have to pay. 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. I would have been 100% Satisfied if he included in the invoice what I asked him too. And I wasn't going to allow to doing any work, capping off any pipes. I told him he needed to leave. I now had no confidence in him and Cape Plumbing. I called the company and asked Mark to call me about what had taken place. He was cordial and apologized. I don't believe this plumbing company has the sophisticated equipment needed to do leak detection. I think they want to get their foot in the door and then you have no option but to use them. I based this assumption on the fact that when I mentioned to Mark that I'd be using American Leak Detection, he willingly told what a good company they were. I'll let the readers of this post draw their own conclusions. Can't review their plumbing work, but I definitely would recommend to the readers not to use them for leak detection. Find a company that the only thing they do is Leak Detection!!!!!!

Our senior parent had hired this plumber for clogged sink in kitchen. Opened up to a much larger job that did not get completed as offered nor expected. We reached out to owner and found a compassionate, honest person . He was very fair in reviewing current work completed, work needed to be finished, and missed. His Foreman came out and spent all the time needed to make things right. He worked within a seniors heightened challenges and worry. They even set appointment to revisit and finalize work. They were prompt and courteous on each visit and really tried to go the extra mile to make this experience pleasurable. We were comfortable adding on some additional work that was considered optional to complete the entire project and all its options. As you can imagine a senior parent isn't always up to this additional time and effort. This is a plumbing business we will use for additional needs on our home also. Kudos !
