They came twice to fix our water heater. First time it stopped working and wasn't actually fixed. They came back out to fix and charged again saying it was something else. I was ok with that... I little annoyed but I just wanted it fixed. We started smelling gas constantly in our laundry room (which is a separate room off of our kitchen) and they said they were going to come back to check it out. Well... they never did. And never answered our calls. We had South Jersey Gas come out and confirm their was a leak due to the last fixing. They ended up fixing it for us. We had gas leaking into our house for weeks! Luckily, our kids and dogs were not affected however the fact that they were ignoring our please for help with a potential gas leak is very scary. Please do not trust them. I don't think they mean any harm but I do believe they do not care about the safety of their customers. It's very sad. I hate writing bad reviews (I never have) but carbon monoxide isn't something to mess around with.

Did several jobs for me without an issue. Thought both contractor and customer were happy. Following season is apparently not interested in my business. No longer returns calls or messages.

I only selected 5-stars because there's no option for 10. From the time they answered my 7:45am call, to the moment I wrote a very reasonable check for a new water heater and sump pump, (four short hours later), the process was flawless. I've worked in DC real estate for 26 years, on many houses, with many plumbers, and these guys are top-notch.

Great reply to initial request for quote. But never followed through with quote, or a follow up call or reply, even to tell us that they were not interested in the work. Sorry to not hear back from them.

Perhaps, as the previous reviews suggest, these guys are great. But since I couldn't even get them to return a phone call, I'll never know! Someone answered my call the first afternoon, took my number and said he'd call back, but never did. So I called back the next day and left my name and number again. Still no call. Today, I'm calling someone else. They clearly don't need my business!

Prompt, curteous and professional! Diagnosed our problem right away. It wasn't plumbing but electrical. He didn't charge us for the visit and we called an electrician right away.
