Look no further. Sasha is reliable, communicative, and trustworthy. He helped us recover from a pipe burst in January, but has since performed a number of other plumbing fixes throughout our house including a gas line install and a water heater repair. I spoke with a dozen people prior to finding Sasha, and I couldn't be more pleased with his work.

In this time of rampant poor customer service and price gouging, we were THRILLED to connect with Sasha from Cap Hill Plumbing. He is very responsive, communicative, knowledgeable, honest and just a really nice guy! During his free estimating process he gave us all the time we needed to discuss and explore options around a hot water heater and water filtration system. Once products and plans were decided, he was prompt, thorough, clean and did a great job. When we had him out again to address another issue we thought was related to his original work, but turns out wasn't, he worked for 2 hours to address some jumping pipe issues, even running to get additional supplies, and wasn't going to charge us - he wanted us to be happy (we paid him for his time of course!). I HIGHLY recommend Sasha - you won't be disappointed!

The water shut-off valve to my toilet wouldn't turn off, and my toilet was running full bore. I couldn't replace the fill valve myself without turning off the water. Sasha is a gem. He's courteous, efficient and articulate. He obviously knows his craft. He took the time to show me (a complete idiot when it comes to home repairs) how the new fill-valve worked and explained why the new water shut off valve was superior to the one he replaced. He is very observant, and noticed a problem with our building shut-off valve that had been bothering me for a while. I'll definitely have him back to fix it. He was available the same day, arrived well within his window and kept me updated as to his arrival time. He is meticulous about cleaning up after himself, and very respectful of my home. I've never seen someone so proud of his work, and dedicated to treating customers with respect. His prices are extremely reasonable, and he even recommended I buy my own fill-valve at the hardware store to save myself some money. I recommend him 100%.
