Built a custom home in 2020. Canyon Plumbing was the plumbing contractor. Started having issues with the tankless water heater in November. Canyon was very responsive and understanding throughout the 8 service calls that it hopefully took to get the issue finally fixed. Cisco and TJ were great as service techs. Also, Erika was great as the service contact.

You can trust them to do whatever it takes to make you happy with their service.

It takes great management/owners to allow their employees to do the right thing.

Canyon Plumbing installed a solar water heater in my home in 2010. In July 2018 we noticed some black mold coming up the wall near the water heater. Contacted my insurance and found it to be from improper installation of the water heater. I have a modular home and there is a membrane and insulation under the house. The high pressure drain pipe did not go outside or through the membrane and was dripping into the insulation for 8 years and finally started up the wall causing mold. We had to replace all of the wood flooring in the kitchen, living room and dining room. Also carpet in the office. Canyon Plumbing lied to my insurance agent stating that they had never been to our house and had never heard of us. Since this project was through our electric co-op, we were never given any paperwork. I did find a invoice for a small part that they had to come out and replace, proving they had been here. Buyer beware, they will lie and change their story when they get caught in their lies. As of today they will still not take responsibility for the damages done to my home. I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy.
