My journey in plumbing started in 1991. I started as an irrigation tech on golf courses, then transitioned to propane gas technology. In 1997, I shifted to full-service plumbing, quickly advancing to team leader, field supervisor, and eventually manager. I have led plumbing operations in San Diego, Orange, and Riverside Counties.
When I established my own business, I aimed to create a more personal experience than larger companies provide. You will talk to me directly when you call. I intend to keep it that way. I live locally, attend a local church, my kids are in local schools, and I am involved in the community.
I believe it’s beneficial that I answer my own phones. This eliminates any chance of miscommunication. I don’t have a sales team making promises that can’t be kept. I am Chris Horton. I am the sole proprietor. I am licensed, bonded, and insured. This means I am a master plumber. I’ve worked in all areas of plumbing, but I specialize in service and repair. I excel at diagnosing issues. I graduated with a degree in systems science and policy from Cal State Monterey.
My years in service and repair have equipped me to diagnose plumbing issues accurately. I focus on keeping costs low. I have a wide range of diagnostic tools, including top-notch leak detection gear, sewer cameras, line locators, and power tools. During my time remodeling golf courses, I gained experience operating trenching equipment, skid loaders, dozers, and excavators. My experience as a gas service tech provided me with insights into gas lines that many plumbers don’t have. I apply this expertise to aid countless customers in choosing the right equipment and tools for their plumbing tasks!
