My journey in plumbing started in 1991. I started as an irrigation tech on golf courses, then transitioned to propane gas technology. I transitioned to full-service plumbing in 1997, quickly advancing to team leader, field supervisor, and eventually manager. I managed plumbing services across San Diego, Orange, and Riverside Counties.
When I launched my company, I aimed to create a more personal experience than larger companies provide. You will talk to me directly when you call. I want to maintain that personal connection. Being local, I go to a nearby church, my kids are in local schools, and I engage with the community.
I see it as a benefit to answer my own calls. This eliminates any chance of miscommunication. I avoid having a sales staff that overpromises and underdelivers. I am Chris Horton. I am the sole proprietor. I am licensed, bonded, and insured. In other words, I am a master plumber. I have expertise in all plumbing phases, though I primarily focus on service and repair. I have excellent problem-solving skills. I graduated with a degree in systems science and policy from Cal State Monterey.
I have extensive experience in service and repair, allowing me to diagnose plumbing problems effectively. I prioritize cost-effective solutions. I possess a comprehensive set of diagnostic tools, including high-quality leak detection devices, sewer cameras, line locators, and power tools. While remodeling golf courses, I learned to operate trenching equipment, skid loaders, dozers, and excavators. As a gas service technician, I acquired more knowledge about gas lines than most plumbers typically do. I’ve used this knowledge to help many clients find the appropriate tools and equipment for their projects
