I don't even know where to begin, but thank god a neighbor recommended we call these guys. My husband is an elevator mechanic and my father owns aircraft maintenance for commercial airlines and we consider them quite handy, but plumbing issues are extremely foreign to us. We are a young family with 4 small children and finding a sudden major flood and slab leak to our downstairs area has resulted in serious anxiety. It is uncomfortable as a stay-at-home mom to have strangers in our home with our young kiddos.. They immediately dispatched Jorge, who is seriously the type of guy you'd invite over for Sunday dinner with your whole family. He is kind, smart, experienced, friendly, and goes above and beyond. He was friendly and warm to our children, explained things in a manner that we could understand, and has helped us tremendously. In fact, he stayed hours after his shift ended and is returning tomorrow on his day off to finish. That is the customer service one could only dream of.

While the process of a slab leak and flood is a headache you wouldn't wish on your worst neighbor, it has been more than tolerable and reassuring to have a plumber on our side like Jorge.

I can only hope Canyon Hills Plumbing values Jorge like our family does. He is truly an incredible asset to their business with an unmatched work ethic.

My water heater gave up. I called Canyon Hills Plumbing & within 30 minutes their technician, Burtoe, showed up with the correct replacement water heater & everything needed for the install. I was up & running two hours later. Burtoe was very nice & helpful. The work was super clean. This is a high integrity company with the highest level of service & experienced well trained employees. I'll be a customer for life.

Another 5 star review for this place!! I was notified by the water district that I may have a leak somewhere in my house. I called Canyon Hills Plumbing and they were there that day. Daniel and Julian were amazing and found my leak quick. It ended up being a big job and they completed it in one day. Daniel communicated throughout the whole process. Can't recommend this company enough.! They deserve 20 stars.
