I contacted Canyon Hills Plumbing needing a septic tank pumping. My call was answered right away, I explained what I needed, and requested someone who specialized in septic systems, as I had some questions about my system. Manny arrived at the house to handle the job. I was notified when he was en route, he arrived on time, communication was great, he took the time to listen to my concerns and help come up with a possible solution. I didn't feel like he was blowing me off to get to his next job. Overall great service and I would highly recommend for all your plumbing needs!

What can I say? Their logo is accurate AF. Plumbing happens. Main line had a pin hole leak. I called Steve with Canyon Hills Plumbing, explained the situation and he had Joel over in half an hour! Joel was super mellow and explained the options to me.

For a busted main water line the pricing was super reasonable and they quickly repaired the issue.

There are a lot of companies out there but not all would come to your house on a Friday just before 5 pm!

Great customer service and workmanship! Would definitely call these guys again!

Made an appointment online, received a text the day of my appointment letting me know when my technician was en route. Manny came to service our septic, these guys are awesome. Will most definitely be only using Canyon Hills Plumbing moving forward. They provided before and after pictures of the service with the receipt emailed to me. We unfortunately had to have our septic replaced less than two years ago. Our old septic was so bad we were having to have it pumped once a month until we were able to re-do the system. So when I tell you we have been serviced by ALOT of different septic companies, Canyon Hills is best that we experienced ! I wish we would have known about this company for our installation. Pricing is GREAT and so is the service. So excited to have finally found a good septic company that I would want to recommend to others as well. Thanks again Manny!

I HIGHLY recommend Canyon Hills Plumbing for your septic related needs. They provide great customer service, ethical pricing, and treat their employees well. I had my 2,000 gallon septic tank pumped and 24"" risers installed with a very reasonable price. Their phone reps are easy to contact and took their time answering all my questions. The septic workers I interacted with, Manny and Jonathan, were exceptional. They answered all my questions, didn't recommend anything unnecessary, and cleaned up any mess they made in their workspace.

For disclosure, I was told the company enters the workers into a raffle for prizes when they are named in good reviews. I think this is a great ethical business practice which I support. The business wins since customers like their service, the customers win since the workers provide better service, and the workers win since they can get bonuses. I will be sure to support Canyon Hills Plumbing the next time I need septic work done.

Unbelievable experience. For starters the phone was answered by a person. No annoying answering machine prompts! They sent me text messages confirming my appointment and even a photo of my plumber. He also called when he was in his way. His name is Burtoe Vazquez. He was on time, friendly and professional. Outstanding experience!

I discovered a leak coming from my meter and needed assistance. I located the leak myself and also exposed the pipe, making it convenient for the plumber to repair. My wife was home at the time of the quote, and was unable to get a hold of me upon their arrival She panicked, and unfortunately thought the plumber would give her a fair and honest quote. Unfortunately, they did not. Sadly, they took advantage of her and charged her $650 for one hour worth of work. A total of $800 for one hours time, $150 for parts, leaving a remaining balance of $650 for labor. I contacted to other plumbers who quoted me half the price for the job. I will never use this company again, and warn others to watch their pocket books. Very disappointed customer.

$3,000 to add a drain for a water softener??? I laughed these guys out of my house. Unfortunately, 3 or 4 other plumbers came out with similar estimates. So I attended YouTube university and ended up running the drain myself for under $50 in supplies and about 4 hours of labor. Plumbing shouldn't be this expensive.
