Leak in an upstairs bathroom. Jorge came out and found and fixed the problem in a very timely manner. customer service and work was very good. i will definitely contact Canyon Hills again for any additional issues. i used them a prior time to figure out why my floors were getting warm. Daniel helped with that situation and was able to fix that issue as well. Thank you again for all the good work you all do!

This business deserves a 10 star rating. What I admire about this company is that when there is an issue, they do everything in their power to make it right and worry about the source of the misunderstanding later. This company is truly focused on the customer and on developing repeat business. They also keep their commitments and follow up on every job performed. I own a series of rental units in the Temecula and surrounding areas and will now ALWAYS call Canyon Hills Plumbing first. They may not be available to do every job we need, but they will certainly get first right of refusal!

I cannot say enough good things about Canyon Hills Plumbing. Since purchasing our home a year ago, we have had them out on three separate occasions and each visit has been extremely quick and painless. They are very knowledgeable and honest, and we never feel as though we're being taken advantage of (which says a lot these days).

Special shout out to Burtoe. He is such a pleasant guy, knows his stuff, and we appreciate how he explains the issue in layman's terms, offers helpful tips, and makes sure to go over the repairs completed. He's definitely an asset to the company.

We got visited today by Jose Navarro and he got to work right away on our clogged up downstairs shower. He explained what he was going to do before he started any work. They also worked around the timeline we had available vs what they could only do. It took him a bit to see what the issue was but once he found the problem he showed us pictures of it. He also checked the sink and the toilet plumbing to make sure there wasn't a problem there. He was very pleasant and was respectful of our home. He even put on shoe booties. I know it's not much but that was nice. Most people just plow in without regard to how you like your home. He also let us know if it's a problem within the next couple of weeks to give them a call back and they will look at it again for free. We will for sure keep their number on hand for any future plumbing issues!

I knew my 3 years old son put something down the toilet. Whenever we flushed it was a slow flush for a while and then, today I saw a wad of toilet paper in the toilet clogging it, so I decided to call the big guns. Jose came in like a knight in shining armor and saved the day! Here I thought it was baby wipes, a ball maybe or something and it was the magnetic toy! Jose was very professional came in with shoe covers, explained every scenario and price before starting. Will definitely be using them again, as I have 5 bathrooms and a mischievous 3 year old, who will give me some kind of headache in the future. Thank you Canyon Hills Plumbing for being so prompt and Jose for handling this situation like a boss! Also to the lovely lady on the phone whom I spoke with, where we had a good laugh regarding my 3 year old. Thank you for making me feel at ease with this stressful situation!

We moved to our home a little over three years ago and we were told that our home had a septic tank... We had an idea of what it was and according to the previous owner it was placed in a certain place in our front yard. However, once we started having problem with our plumbing we were recommended to call Canyon Hills Pluming not only because they are reliable and helpful but also they are affordable! & when I mean helpful our technician Manny showed us where the lids for our septic tank were located in reality rather than trusting the previous homeowners directions which were wayyyy off!! Manny was very helpful and broke down what every lid we have and what it's for and how the septic tank works and also tips on how to not have our tank full up quickly!! Manny also informed us that we might have a bigger problem when it came to pluming because he was seeing that something was off with the water that was running in the pipes and that was also a great help because if it weren't for him we wouldn't have noticed and not many technicians would have pointed it out!!!
I highly recommend Canyon Hills Plumbing to anyone who also have septic tanks!
