We have used this plumber twice when the plumber who we were recommended to could not get us in. The only reason we did not call them first is that we couldn't remember the name. Their customer service is outstanding and they really work hard to ensure same day response. They are super helpful, knowledgeable, and fast. They also do a great job at cleanup.

Recently wanted to get a new kitchen sink installed and investigate an issue with sediment collecting when using hot water. Will Tomlinson and crew were very professional and made the process very easy. He was very good at explaining the issue and potential solutions for our water heater and we ended up going with a tankless to avoid similar complications in the future. Will and his colleague worked all day on a Saturday to get both the new sink and water heater installation done and it was a lot of work! Really appreciated how friendly and professional they both were, and how the emphasized on maintaining clean environments during and after the installation. Cutting into tile throws a lot of dust and debris into the air but they made sure their area was contained and after it was done you would never have been able to tell there was major work that just occurred there. Very happy with the work done and the service provided, will definitely be calling Canyon Hills Plumbing for any future needs.

I called them for an Estimate. outside drain problem that needed a hydro jet they gave me an option to have somebody come out and give me an estimate which I did we agreed on a price they said they can clean the drain out they've tried it 3 times and were unsuccessful then they told me they were gonna stick a camera down the drain and every time I ask for them to do that they never did and I still have the problem. I don't think a camera exists because every time I ask for one they would never bring it out to show me what's in the drain to be causing the problem. On top of bringing a Hydro jet out, they use my water to fill up their empty tanks. I only wanted this project to be a positive experience. Unfortunately It was a Total Letdown.

Today December 26th one day after Christmas 2022, we had a water leak. We had no idea where it was coming from. my husband and I were so stressed wondering if it was a slab leak etc,, not knowing if insurance would cover it or how much it would cost us for repairs we called Canyon Hills plumbing and Will Tomlinson arrived to save the day! He made us so comfortable with all his experience. He was on a mission to locate the leak and he most definitely did!! He's awesome!! Leak was found and repaired same day!
