Our Water Heatr went out and they were fast and courteous about getting a new one installed. They installed our one that went out on 02/11/2005...They use a quality product, have personable plumbers and Cindy who works the office is fantastic. Cannon is my plumbing company of choice! I recently moved into a new home and it had a few plumbing issues. Charlie was the plumber who came to my home. He went above and beyond to explain what issues I was having and even some quick fixes for the easy stuff for the future. I really appreciated him making the effort to teach me about the problems and how they were caused! It'll help me avoid these plumbing issues in the future! Would definitely recommend him to anyone!
