Called them because they are a locally owned business. Had a very positive impression with their office from the scheduling phone call. Plumber showed up and said, ""I don't wear masks."" So I canceled and will move on to someone else.

I have used Cannon's services for a couple of years and they are very fair, honest, and efficient. They perform routine maintenance for me twice a year to keep my equipment in great running condition. I had to replace my downstairs unit last year since the previous one died after 25 years. I chose the Trane XV18 (variable speed compressor) after the rep. presented me with options. This system efficiently controls the humidity within my house year round. I live on water, and during our humid summers the interior sometimes is too damp. I can tell the biggest difference in air quality and humidity regulation. My upstairs has an older system and as I climb the stairs I can feel the increase in humidity, as well as temperature. Love the XV18 and already have plans for the same upstairs in due time. Worth every penny to have quality air and no indoor humidity issues:)

Excellent service from beginning to end! Neilly, the person I spoke with over the phone, was professional and pleasant. I was scheduled for service within a 2hr. time slot between 9-11, and the service tech arrived before 10! Albert was equally as professional & kind, and explained in details about the source of the problem, and the solution to resolve the issue. I would strongly recommend them to family and friends.

Cannon installed our brand new AC unit and duct work this week. They were on time, work was completed quickly and very clean! The technician was very polite and helpful walking us through our new system. We will absolutely use Cannon again and would fully recommend.

Cannon performed the work on my large addition, central air and plumbing work. This addition was added to an old house, in some cases dealing with 80 year old systems. They did an excellent job. I can not praise them enough. Troy and Daniel are top notch!

I second RV's review. When confronted with the issue, Troy refused to accept that his work was what caused the issue. When I asked for his boss's contact information, I was told he did now know his phone number. When I called bs, he said that he did have it, but refused to give it to me.

Avoid at all costs.

I'd give a zero if Yelp would allow it. We had Troy out to fix a drain pipe in our home and the result was a stopper pushed through the pop-up (see images attached); it looks like someone took a hammer to it. When we contacted Cannon to inquire about them correcting this issue (caused by them) Neely, the office manager, sent him out to look at it. He came out and claimed it wasn't from him with a ""you buy a new plug and I'll put it in."" When my husband responded that we shouldn't have to pay for a broken stopper that they caused, Troy walked out of our home and left without saying a word.

I called the office immediately and spoke with Neely, the office manager, who was apathetic about the employee's behavior and simply said, ""I'll take your number and he can call you back."" I asked for a confirmed call back and resolution since that behavior is unprofessional and quite inappropriate; again, she was apathetic. I asked if it was a family-owned company and she said yes. Then I asked if the plumber, Troy, was her husband and she said yes. I asked for the owner's phone number so we could remove the extremely unprofessional husband/wife dynamic from the equation and she said they don't give out the owner's contact information.

Troy called back, sticking to his guns that he would install a new one free of labor but at our cost for the replacement part. Which doesn't resolve the issue that we're being forced to pay to fix something that wasn't broken until Cannon HVAC/Plumbing got involved.

Unprofessional.

UPDATE: we had another licensed plumber inspect the sink and broken pop up caused by Troy. He was immediately able to identify how the plumber from Cannon broke the pop-up. When Troy put the fixed drain pipe in underneath the sink, it was apparent he couldn't get the pipe to line up and gave it a hard yank, breaking the pop up in the process. The licensed plumber we had out said it looked like Troy had taken a hammer to it. He said ""I'm sorry the previous guy couldn't own his mistake and just make it right.""
