We hired Canfield's based on all the positive reviews on Yelp. They came out right away and fixed a leaky toilet. They told us ""no charge"" and wanted a positive Yelp review and to be ""our plumbers for life"". I thought it was a smart way to keep new customers. We had our other toilet clog up and a leaky shower. They came out right away and ""hand oggered"" the toilet and said it was ""unknown cause"" and fixed. They flushed the toilet 2 times and it appeared to work. This cost $75. Then they said to replace the handles in the shower it would be $275. (We said no thanks to that and bought as $30 kit from Lowe's and did it ourselves in one night a week later) The day after they came the toilet started acting up again. We called them two days later and left a message. We had a family emergency come up and we're very distracted the next few days. When a week passed and I realized they still hadn't called back we called and gain gain. No answer. 10 days later they return our call and come to look into it. They did the same thing ""hand ogger"" and said if they have to come back again that they will have to charge since it's outside of the 7 - day window of first service. I told him we called them 2 days after they were here and he said ""that's what your husband said"". For anyone that wants proof... u have phone logs to confirm. They were very rude. They laughed and said it is probably ""just the toilet"" which may need to be replaced and to ""chew our food better"". How gross is that comment? Since they came the second time... the toilet still doesn't work, our shower now backs up and our kitchen sink. None of these were issues before they did work on the toilet. It seems they only shoved whatever clog there was deeper into the main line and now we have a huge problem. Luckily I found a trustworthy plumber based on personal references who is tackling this project. I would not recommend this company to anyone nor would I trust the reviews since they tried to buy our review with our first visit. Little did I realize what a nightmare they would be to work with.

These guys are awesome! John, Mike and his crew are the best. The most honest and friendly plumbers you can find. They hydro jetted my sewer line and added a much needed cleanout. I also had them line my old clay sewer pipe for 50year guarantee again any future root intrusion. Came out the next morning after calling and was even cheaper than other places I called. Coolest part for me was texting and send him pictures so he could assess my situation before coming out!

My. 92 year old mom needed a clog drain cleared. All of us, her children live in Orange County. My brother went on YELP and found this AWESOME plumber!!!!! John quoted my brother $75.00, which is a great price, to snake the drain. They came out promptly at the time we had scheduled. They diagnosed the problem, went to work on it, and were done in 15 minutes! The real surprise came next. Let's just say my mom and I were taken a back with the kindness and generosity of John and his company. My mother is $75.00 richer with John's senior discount! I called CANFIELD'S PLUMBING and told John everything that was going on with the plumbing at my mother's house... that another plumber had fixed it, but then the problem reaccured, so I needed another plumbers advice...he was great about it...he took alot of time out of his day to answer all my questions and was very helpful. They then came out to my moms to check out the problem. John and his crew Mike (which is a sweetheart to talk to and very knowledgable and David (a young war veteran that is ready to work and has a great personality, besides that he put his life on the line in Afganistan so we can continue to enjoy all the freedoms that we have...thank you David for your service as well as all our troops!)...they were very professionally dressed, on time, ready to do what needed to be done, were very helpful, and went above and beyond. They get an A+ :) It looks like Canfield's Plumbing has invested alot on expensive equipment to give you the best they have, with a smile on their face, with a price you can afford. Not only does John seem to know what he's doing, but he's kind and cares about people. Keep up the good work John, Mike and David. Thanks again for everything. God bless.

When our toilet backed up in January, as it does twice each year, we called our usual Roto-rooter. Very quickly all agreed our problem was way too big for that, and Canfield's Plumbing was called in. Thank Goodness! 6 guys worked 2 days (and into the night) to cut out the massive roots, which had cracked our 60 year old sewer pipe. Foremen John and Mike are experts and made us feel safe. They kept a potentially $35,000 job below 12,000. It was really a big deal. And put our patio and front yard back the way they found it. Bravo!

Woke up this morning with a backed up shower drain. I thought it was going to be a huge problem until I spoke to John from Canfield's. He told me not to worry and that he'd be right over.

When John arrived I was impressed with his professionalism and cleanliness. His truck sparkled as it sat parked in front of my house and I was happy he had arrived. I only wished more of my neighbors were home to see who was fixing my drain issues.

Once John got started he told me there was a root intrusion in my main line. He used a power jet of some sort to clean it out and then lined it with a special sleeve to prevent the roots from invading in the future. Everything was done before noon and there was no mess left for me to clean up after he was gone.

John is a true professional and an over all nice guy. I was happy a friend told me about him. I didn't think a backed up main line could have been such a non issue. Canfield's Plumbing made my problem this morning go away with ease. I will always call on them.
If you need any plumbing repairs, these are the guys to call. They're the BEST.

John and Mike showed up when they said they would. They took their time describing the problem to us. They did the job; they did it quickly and it was done right. They were professional and honest. The job was done very reasonably and they gave us a 90 day guarantee. I highly recommend them. They are honest and they know their business. They do not try and sell you on unnecessary repairs. I called Rescue Rooter and they showed said they could not do the job charged us 45.00 for the call.

As a contractor, I know how hard it is to find good reliable and honest contractors. You won't go wrong with Canfields Plumbing. They are the real deal.

They took the time to help and explain a could of things that will help us in the future. They are professional, clean, honest, affordable, fast & courteous! I officially have a plumber! Wahoo!
