I had my backyard flooded from the recent rains, they came out the same day i called them, put a snake in my drain to hopefully clear it, that didn't work, changed their schudule the next day so they could come to my house 1st thing in the morning, used the hydro jet to try to clear the Clog in my drain. Again, that didn't fix the problem. However, they were able to pinpoint exactly where the drain pipe had been damaded by the pool company who is building my pool for me. Their professionalism is 2nd to none! I have a plumber for life! Adrian, Manny and Ariel thanks a million!!! YOUR THE BEST!!!

I've used this company twice and would highly recommend them. They've performed a variety of different types of jobs on my home, big & small. I called them back when a slight leak showed up and they quickly followed up to fix it. I find them professional and very communicative to work with.

CONSUMER BEWARE - CANDU PLUMBING &ROOTER ARE RECKLESS & WILL REQUIRE YOU TO HIRE OTHER PLUMBER TO FIX THEIR WORK. They were contracted by a remediation company after a leak from the above unit. They put in a faulty valve that I had no way of knowing until the wall had to be broken in again because of another leak from above. Leak was not from above it was actually from the faulty work that Candu Plumbing did over a year ago. They wouldn't come out and look at their damage unless I paid for a service call! They do not back their work and they say they only have a six month warranty but how are you supposed to know how they caused you more problems if there is no way to see the work unless you break the wall that's just been fixed! I had a plumber and Remediation company look at the valve and they both say it was because of Candu Plumbing shotty work. Both these companies will never hire Candu Plumbing for their clients. I suggest you never hire them either. Pass it on.

I called this company to have some plumbing work done. I was very impressed by their prompt response, flexible hours. They did a clean and nice job. Their price was reasonable.
I definitely will call them if I need a plumber.

By far one of the best businesses I have had the opportunity to use.
On 12/31 one of the pipes in the house broke. Candu showed up with a team, located the pipe and proceeded to jack hammer away. They located the pipe and completed the replacement. Exceptional service. They were clean and very Covid safe. I highly recommend their services and so happy to finally have a plumber that is honest and does the job beyond our expectations. Thank you to the team of professionals that were amazing.

Its hard to believe the 5 start review. This system of reviewing is corrupt to say the least.. anyhow

These guys came out to simply snake a mainline drain from the back of the house. an old house that only has 1 cleanout. and its about 125ft long. I told them to bring a LONG snake, they said they have a 200ft one but they dont need it for sure. I said ""we've done this before"" trust me you need a LONG snake.

Guy (wont say his name) who looked like hes NEW and is not experienced went in with a small snake that is used for sinks and kitchens. NOT MAIN LINES. i said dude you cannot use that.. guy goes in spends 2 hours and didnt go anywhere. i called his boss said dude you need to bring that long snake. most plumbers who came here only spend 30min to 1 hour max

so the entire company shows up, boss, manager, employee manager, this manager, etc.. like 5 guys and 3 or 4 vans. the boss / owner who is a TAAAAALLLLLLKKKKKKKEEEEEERRRRR came in and talked our ears off repeatedly and then left....

after 6 hours they finally get a little break. then they try to explain WHY it took so long and how they know what they're doing.. I still had no faith. Not even 3 weeks later. problem came back. i called right away, they were not even available to come and wanted to charge me. the TALKER again tried to explain why the problem wont be fixed and how we need to install a cleanout in the front, et.. etc.. i said dude u gotta stop telling me the same thing over and over again

we called Billys plumbing who came and took care of it in 30 minutes. cleaned out the ENTIRE thing and took out all the roots and stuff that was stuck in the main line by the street. THEY knew what they were doing. they did not make a mess like these guy did.. which took the entire afternoon to clean up.. and we had to take a day off for this nonsense?

not to mention they charged the most out of everyone thats ever been to the house.. should of known... i had a bad feeling form the moment they showed up. didnt look like they wanted to be there..

if you're looking for a plumber, try billys or someone else.. these guys couldn't do the simples thing. makes me wonder if they're real or just a gimmick. also, they never offered a refund or to come and ""fix"" what they didnt do in the first place.. they wanted to charge me


Not a good business to work with. be careful with the TALKER!!!

Candu Plumbing did it again! We discovered a leak under the sink in one of our bathrooms. Hadn't noticed it as it was a small leak and there were stored towels in that area which absorbed the water. In a panic I called Candu, and has they have done in the past, had someone here within 30 minutes. It is so comforting and such a relief to know I can rely on Gorge and his guys to get to our home in an emergency right away. They always wear booties before they come into our home, and clean up perfectly before they leave.

Can't do better than Candu. So appreciative to know I have a plumbing company I can rely on to be honest, thoughtful and available. They are the best.

Five stars for excellent service. Ariel and Albert came to look at a blockage in our pipes and did a very thorough job in showing us what was happening and also explaining to us how our whole system works. They took the time to educate us about the work that needed to be done. Will come back for services in the future.

Called plumbers in the area and they were all booked several days out/until the weekend! We called Candu Plumbing and they let us know someone could be over within 3 hours.

Adrian and his partner showed up to the rescue well within that time frame! They arrived wearing masks and put on booties before entering our home. Adrian was upfront about the actions/services as well as the cost. If anything else was necessary, Adrian made sure to ask before proceeding with any additional services.

Candu plumbing fixed the plumbing issue and we are very grateful. Definitely will call again in the future - fingers crossed it won't be anytime soon.

What can I say. These guys were absolutely fantastic. They were the second plumbing company to look at my issue. Night and day difference. The first guys guessed at what the issue was and as it turns out they were wrong. These guys were respectful, on time, did all they could to find the small leak that was in the wall in a pipe which may be a defective pipe when the house was built. Showed me proof of the leak with a video. Very knowledgeable and professional. It felt like they were more committed to fixing the issue than I was. And to top it all off, they were extremely reasonable with the price. I highly recommend giving these guys a shot at your plumbing needs.
