A rating of """"1"""" is FAR TOO GENEROUS, but it's the lowest option here. In reality, Canady's should get a rating of NEGATIVE 100! We purchased a new HVAC system in June of 2023 for our 800-square-foot ground floor (fortunately we have a different company for our upstairs unit!). Even paid the entire price of almost $10,000 up front, with no financing or anything. In November or early December 2023, when it started getting cold, we tried to turn on our heat--but to no avail. The fan worked, but only blew out cold air. Switched out the filter but that did nothing, so we sat in our frigid house until we could get a service person to come. Little help that was. He said that not only did some special part have to be replaced (wait, wasn't this supposed to be a brand new unit??!! How on earth could a part have failed already??!!!), but it wasn't in stock and they'd have to order it. He managed to jerry-rig something so we had heat briefly, but it died soon after. Since that time, OVER A MONTH AGO, we have had no heat!!! And during the worst possible time, the holiday season. It gets so cold in our house that we can see our breath when we talk. Canady's made no effort to keep us up-to-date about their progress, or lack thereof!, in acquiring our necessary part. When we called numerous times, they just kept putting us off, telling us it hadn't come in yet. We actually ended up spending thousands of dollars on a VRBO rental so we could spend our x-mas holidays in comfort and warmth! It's now January 2, 2024, and we're sitting in our frigid home waiting for the Canady's technician. Supposedly our part finally came in, but instead of scheduling us as early as possible, they've made us wait in anticipation ALL DAY, for our heat to get fixed. It's 4pm and still no technician. As of yet, still no heat!!!! For anyone considering Canady's, read this review first! Proceed with caution!

This company has very unprofessional ladies answering the phone. I also do not like having technicians coming to my home high.

Had Canady's come out to service my 2 units. Never had any issues with my units, but just wanted them to get a good """"checkup."""" From that very first visit, after they left my house, I have had nothing but issues with my systems. I'm tired of calling them. As soon as they """"fix """" one thing, something else starts having a problem. Will never call them again!!

My name is Mark Miller. I purchased an AC unit about 4 years ago from Canady's about four years ago. I have had nothing but trouble out of this unit.i paid over 5,000 dollars for this unit last year alone I spent 450 just for service because the unit needed free on. Why should it need free on unless there's a leak. Well this year it stopped cooling again. The Tech told me it needed a part which cost 1800 dollars. The unit is under warranty and it will still cost me over 800 dollars to repair. I feel that Canadys sold me a faulty unit and they are not willing to right the wrong. If you need a AC unit. Don't purchase it from them. They do not stand behind there work.

This company installed a unit for me 3 years ago. I called for service and was informed i needed to flush out my line. I got a quote from the young man who loved to tell me i needed to pay them almost 700.00 for the service. Along with 1 filter. I asked him to leave my property because I am no fool. Called his boss because he could not believe i didn't fall for it. The management tried to bluff his way into a 300.00 bill which I declined. Do not use this company for anything. Terrible service. Terrible management. Spend your money somewhere else. They also completely botched a job for my daughter. I have never seen such shoddy workmanship. Do not use. Buyer beware.

I won't recommend Canady's for plumbing. the techs are not trained, or experienced and performed incomplete work. they are probably taught to get money from client without performing compete work. First misleading: while scheduled: I called Canady's for water leak, I was told it would be $39.00 for coming and checking for leak, but when tech arrive told that $39.00 is for his visit to the house and not for checking the leak.- second misleading Act: Tech have me signed for $241.77 for detecting the leak. I signed but he dig out some dirt and when he found that he can't find the source of the leak told me to find another company, """"American leak finder"""" to mark the leak for them to fix. now I am back to the same circle, pay another company, pay again to detect water leak and then fix the leak. Horrible company, I will never hire Canady's air, heating and plumbing for anything

We are very unsatisfied and disappointed with the plumbing service this company perform. We were their customer for years thinking that because of their name and reputation posted on social networks they were doing a good job. WE WERE WRONG! The management failed us more than once. We continued with them thinking that they were going to fix the mistakes they made, no matter how expensive the service was costing us. The last job was less than a month ago. They didn't finish it completely. They supposed to comeback to finish it. In addition to other arguments with the management, they charged us more money than they supposed. We disputed the charges and they agreed to send us the difference. We still have not received it. They gave us the phone number of the supervisor to discuss the job needed to be done; it was a Friday. We were told that he was not available at the time. He arranged to call the following Monday. He never calls to fix or discuss the situation. Days later, we received a quality control call to see how the work went. We explained everything that happened. The person informed us that they were going to contact the supervisor to call us. He still didn't call us either. We called quality control to find out about our situation and we are still waiting for a response and reimbursement of the money they overcharged. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. There are more companies in the Liberty County area that I am sure will act more responsibly. We are now looking for one of those company and we are sure that we will find it easily and at a good price for the work, plus warranties.

A warm, friendly, money extortion machine. They have all the tech, customer service, and advertising prowess, to make you feel good paying them $600 for a free warranty part install amd 1 hour of labor. They are the """"new car buying"""" experience when you get your final out the door price, with a lot bigger price than what was on the window, and very little explanation other than """"cost of doing business"""" Not calling them back.

The technician came out for a check-up because the system was not properly cooling. He never even checked the coils. I checked them the next day and found them to be packed full. I left two stars because he did identify a leak in the plenum. I emailed and called multiple times and was told to expect a call from the service manager. It never happened.

Canady's sent some amazing technicians out to give us a quote. While most companies would give free quote, Canady would charge you a fee for that. The technicians are young yet seem to be capable and knowledgeable. They were very friendly, kind, courteous and helpful. I would choose them for any work any day. However, when it comes to pricing Canady's offered a ridiculous quotes 2,5x higher than average market cost. And that was already after a big fat discount they offered. My recommendation for the company is that they need to be more competitive with the market and offer lower or on par with the market. And should offer free quotes so people can have options to choose. Nothing wrong with offering options. If you are a customer, research what cost it would be for your need before calling any inspection or quotes. I personally would chose Canady's service if their price is a little more ethical.
