I don't even know where to start. They ruined my Moms home by installing the wrong size HVAC left over 30k worth of damage and their insurance company is playing hars to get. buyers beware. Not all that they say on TV. Don't believe the hype

The first call to this company made the ultimate decision for my family. They were compassionate and concerned about not having a working AC in 90 degree plus weather. They were prompt in coming to the initial appointment to assess the issue then they were able to have the new systems in place immediately with only a few hours of turnaround between the assessment appointment which was the next day. The process was diligent and efficient. The price for two new units were to be as expected; however, it is a necessary expense and one that I was willing to invest in for peace of mind in the future. I appreciate the after care Canady's provides as well to ensure that the customer is satisfied. They will also do a follow check in about two weeks which lets me know they care about the quality of their services and are willing to stand by their name. They did not leave a mess and everything is in working order which I am very happy.

absolutely horrible customer service. met one of their plumbers on April 12 to get an estimate on installing a hot water heater, couple sinks and faucets for an add on. after not hearing from them for about a week, I called and left a message. crickets. after another week I did the text message thing on their website. they gave me a lame excuse about Bryan county not responding to them-which still doesn't absolve them from at least calling me back. BUT, they assured me their plumbing manager would get back with me. three days later and that still hasn't happened. and they charged me for the original service call that has still never resulted in a callback or the estimate I requested. this is a really bad company. call anyone but them.

We purchased 2 complete Trane variable speed HVAC systems and had the house rezoned with new vents and thermostats. We have the system maintained twice a year by Canady's. During Friday's service, the tech shorted out the circuit panel by spraying water on the exposed circuit board. He stated that he accepted responsibility for damaging the unit, had notified his manager and placed parts on order. He stated that it would be 3-5 business days before the part would be delivered, so we would not have air for over a week. When we received the service report it falsely stated that he satisfactorily serviced both units and they were """"green"""". We called customer service (Laura) Friday during work hours and communicated our concerns and asked for a manager to call us back. No call was received. We followed up with chat messages and 5 calls to customer service on Saturday after the second unit went down with 5 error/fault messages. Our call was only answered after we mentioned that we had security video of the tech damaging the system. Canady damaged both our units and does not care that we will not have AC for at least a week. What really frustrates me is the fact that we paid for the complete service already and for a replacement UV light on the HEPA filtration system. I now find myself questioning whether the tech damaged that as well. It would be great if Kyle Canady would contact us, since he pitched 24/7 service when he sold us the systems at our kitchen table. I would give 0 stars if allowed and update video as well.

I hired them to repair my toilet and didn't have time to comparison shop because I was already paying service charges if didn't use them. Being the reviews were good and they are large company I trusted them. When they left I called other companies and was quoted about half the price. I called to tell them this and they said that's the overhead it cost to operate them. They were supposed to contact me and didn't.

A rating of """"1"""" is FAR TOO GENEROUS, but it's the lowest option here. In reality, Canady's should get a rating of NEGATIVE 100! We purchased a new HVAC system in June of 2023 for our 800-square-foot ground floor (fortunately we have a different company for our upstairs unit!). Even paid the entire price of almost $10,000 up front, with no financing or anything. In November or early December 2023, when it started getting cold, we tried to turn on our heat--but to no avail. The fan worked, but only blew out cold air. Switched out the filter but that did nothing, so we sat in our frigid house until we could get a service person to come. Little help that was. He said that not only did some special part have to be replaced (wait, wasn't this supposed to be a brand new unit??!! How on earth could a part have failed already??!!!), but it wasn't in stock and they'd have to order it. He managed to jerry-rig something so we had heat briefly, but it died soon after. Since that time, OVER A MONTH AGO, we have had no heat!!! And during the worst possible time, the holiday season. It gets so cold in our house that we can see our breath when we talk. Canady's made no effort to keep us up-to-date about their progress, or lack thereof!, in acquiring our necessary part. When we called numerous times, they just kept putting us off, telling us it hadn't come in yet. We actually ended up spending thousands of dollars on a VRBO rental so we could spend our x-mas holidays in comfort and warmth! It's now January 2, 2024, and we're sitting in our frigid home waiting for the Canady's technician. Supposedly our part finally came in, but instead of scheduling us as early as possible, they've made us wait in anticipation ALL DAY, for our heat to get fixed. It's 4pm and still no technician. As of yet, still no heat!!!! For anyone considering Canady's, read this review first! Proceed with caution!

This company has very unprofessional ladies answering the phone. I also do not like having technicians coming to my home high.

Had Canady's come out to service my 2 units. Never had any issues with my units, but just wanted them to get a good """"checkup."""" From that very first visit, after they left my house, I have had nothing but issues with my systems. I'm tired of calling them. As soon as they """"fix """" one thing, something else starts having a problem. Will never call them again!!

My name is Mark Miller. I purchased an AC unit about 4 years ago from Canady's about four years ago. I have had nothing but trouble out of this unit.i paid over 5,000 dollars for this unit last year alone I spent 450 just for service because the unit needed free on. Why should it need free on unless there's a leak. Well this year it stopped cooling again. The Tech told me it needed a part which cost 1800 dollars. The unit is under warranty and it will still cost me over 800 dollars to repair. I feel that Canadys sold me a faulty unit and they are not willing to right the wrong. If you need a AC unit. Don't purchase it from them. They do not stand behind there work.

This company installed a unit for me 3 years ago. I called for service and was informed i needed to flush out my line. I got a quote from the young man who loved to tell me i needed to pay them almost 700.00 for the service. Along with 1 filter. I asked him to leave my property because I am no fool. Called his boss because he could not believe i didn't fall for it. The management tried to bluff his way into a 300.00 bill which I declined. Do not use this company for anything. Terrible service. Terrible management. Spend your money somewhere else. They also completely botched a job for my daughter. I have never seen such shoddy workmanship. Do not use. Buyer beware.
