We asked Canady to replace our water service from the meter. They responded quickly and finished even faster. However the emergency shut off out front was not what was agreed upon. The faucet out front was flemzy. The ditch out front not completely filled and they started late so they finished late in the evening. I should say that the guys that did the job were very nice.

As always Canady's service and help has been great. Although we couldn't complete the job that day plans were put in place to complete the job ASAP. Which is being scheduled. Nate Deaton was my service representative. A friendly well versed professional. Thanks again. Guys.

They installed an entire new unit in my mother's house 1 year ago. Compressor is already broken. They had no compressors in stock and had to order a new one. My 73 year old parents are on day 10 with no air when it is in the mid 90's outside. They have been nothing but rude to my mother over the phone. Not calling back when they say they will. And have no clue when her compressor will be in. Do not use this company!!!

Can't speak for the service didnt get that far but hey won't be getting my business due to how rude the answering service and office staff were to me over the course of two days. Hanging up as I'm asking questions. I call back moments later it's close to 5 they said hello hang up while I am speaking and send me to the answering service so they don't have to deal with me til the next day. So I get sent to the answering service that lady was temperamental offering no help. So I leave a message stated Monday was my day off and I get a call from the office waking me up at 7am. Any normal time of the day would've been fine but that's before any business hours. Waking up to the call 2x in a row they called at 7AM! I realize who was calling I ask my question and she hangs up on me. Very rude! Absolutely will never recommend to people simply for the office staff being so inconsiderate and not caring to help people. Just wow at the poor business practices.
