I'm giving 2 stars because at least it was a virtual appointment.

I contacted Can Do when I was trying to get a fixture installed at my grandmother's house. A new tub had been installed but the original plumber was too busy to come out after the tile work was completed so the fixture still needed to be hooked up. I did a virtual with Can Do & he told me it would be $3500 just to figure out it out. I thought he was joking at first! I tried to explain to him that it literally just needed the caps taken off the flex tubes and hooked up but he was serious. Another plumber charged me $250.

I really try to support local & don't like leaving bad reviews but this was a hard one for me. I'm not sure what he was trying to pull or if he didn't understand. I do not recommend.

Less than zero. All my husband did was call and ask if they could install a water heater. The guy went off on him cussing him out and told him to never call back. Then he proceeded to text him and continue his rant.

Wow if this company fixes plumbing like they drive. Their van almost ran me over with my kids in the car and I am pretty sure the driver was drunk. Would never hire!

Called to have my toilet set and a couple of faucet leaks checked a cartridge removed. Jeremy showed up all dirty, exhausted, and 2 days and five hours late. No call to update or anything.
He looks at the job goes out to his truck. Comes back with an 1100.00 estimate! My husband is like are you frikin kidding me.... Can't do this plumbing service!

Hunter was so sweet and patient as we figured out our dishwasher was damaged by the big box home improvement store. We are loving our new dishwasher and can't wait to use them on another project!

Very unprofessional. They were supposed to call 30 minutes prior to arrival, but there was no call. They left there trash in my house and did not clean up the job site. They were not able to find the problem and just said it was an old house, but another company was able to fix without any issue. The worst part was the way they spoke on the phone when I called to ask a question. I called 5 times and was hung up on, laughed at, cursed at and treated extremely rudely. I would never send anyone to them EVER.

The guys were great. They were professional and friendly and respectful. They did a beautiful job of installing my new toilet and left the place clean. I'm very thankful that I got such a great job done by Can Do Plumbing.
