Our hvac went out on during the 117 degree weather on a Sunday and likely due to everyone else's having hvac issues they were not able to see us until Wednesday morning. When the technician came he was very friendly and he was very transparent with everything they thought was the issue and the work they were doing. HVAC repairs can get very pricey and the last thing you want is to feel like they are pulling the wool over your eyes. The tech that came out did a good job explaining things to us and making sure we were comfortable with the whole process. Would recommend.

We were looking for a repair for a leak and refill of refrigerant (which we know is no longer available but has a replacement). Nothing was repaired as the technician said leak kit wouldn't work and we needed a whole new unit for 15K... felt like all they wanted to do was sell us a unit. Good thing was they are easy to schedule and had great communication. Just too bad nothing was fixed.

I had a small issue a day later and he came back literally a few minutes after I called it in. That, is customer service. Reliable company and I highly recommended them. Purchased two mini splits for my home. Scheduling and taking my payment was fast. Units have been in for two months, and one has repeatedly been leaking with minimal response to attempt to repair yet AGAIN. With the excessive summer heat and two brand new units, you'd think they would work but no such luck. Company has gone silent in response to yet another request to inform them the brand new unit does not work. I'm now thinking they either don't know how to repair it or they sold me a lemon. Either way. I'm told they can't figure it out. Yet,
they sure took my money fast but now can't repair their own shoddy work. Three call outs for repair, and still they can't figure out why it doesn't work. Think twice before purchasing mini splits and the install from this company. Otherwise be prepared for multiple headaches from their incompetence.
