Called and they said $49 just to set up a new account and do a diagnosis. However, if I choose to have them do the work, the $49 is still adds onto my bill. When I told the lady on the phone I didn't like that and if I have them do the work, the $49 should be waived. I understand doing quotes and not getting the job, but if you get the job, you're good. When I asked the lady if she could pass that concern along to management, she said, ""Oh no sir, we won't change our policy but you can call back if you like."" I won't be calling back.

Our water heater for 20 plus started leaking Friday night. I tried the Yelp professional finder that gave me two responses, none of which were able to make it to my home. Saturday around noon I called this business. I was told that the technician would call between 2 and 4:30 PM. That call was spot on. Jason looked at the old water heater and said that we needed a new one. Believe me, I didn't want to pay nearly 2 grand to this. But Jason said to shop around and recommended on certain brands. I didn't have to shop around. This guy was honest, full of knowledge and someone I could trust. He did the entire job within 2 hours and we are happy with his work. So much did it cost for a new American Standard 40 gallon tank at is up to code...slightly over $1600. In addition, Leah at the office setting up the appointment was great too.

My technician Martin was very friendly, professional and fast. He quickly and effectively fixed the issue. I needed fast service as I had a repair needed to close escrow on my home. Mike, the owner sent Martin out right away. Very grateful for their help!

They wanted $500+ to fix my water heater on top of the $50 call out charge. Or almost $1800 to replace the unit. Needless to say, the part cost $118 shipped overnight and I installed it myself in 20 min.

I don't recommend them to anyone with their tactics. Horrible

This is the best company for any and all of your plumbing issues. I called because my tankless hot water heater was having problems. On Time sent a technician the same day (I live 30 miles outside of the city limits). Rick, the technician, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and fixed everything. I highly recommend this company and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

The plumber, Jason, was right on time, in fact came early. He was friendly and efficient, and spent time explaining things. When the invoice came, the costs (labor and parts) were not separated so I couldn't tell how much the parts costed. He came out again and explained that this is the company policy, but would bring my concern to the agency. The labor was high; $189 for about 1 hour. The cost if the parts, a kitchen faucet, were much higher than what we would have paid at Home Depot. However, he gave us a $50 gift card and subtracted $25 from the total. He also came out again two days later to flush the hot water heater for free, which is a standard service for this company.

They called us before coming to our house & made sure we where home. There staff was very professional & happy to answer any questions we had. After servicing our unit they cleaned vents and replaced all the air filters.

On 1/9/2019 On Time was called to take care of my Dad's bathroom faucet. The Tech was Wade and he did a wonderful job neatly and promptly. My Dad was very happy and so was I!!!
