We had multiple patio drains that were clogged and we submitted a quote request on Yelp to try to get addressed before the coming rain. Doug at Can Do reached out ASAP and was able to send a technician out the next day (on a Sunday, no less!). His technician arrived on-time and quickly determined the issue with our drains and provided us photos and a clear explanation of the issue. Will definitely use Can Do Crew going forward for our Plumbing, Heating, and AC needs!

Loved that they had availability to come out right away . Thankful the service window was only two hours vs other companies which are usually 4 hours ! He was able to solve the problem quickly and called me to let me know as I had requested Because I wasn't home.
The only thing I would've asked differently is if he could have wiped down the toilet a little bit since it was a wet mess and the light was left on.. But overall I would absolutely use this company again and am impressed with their service, pricing , courtesy and promptness!

I called Can Do Crew a few weeks ago to facilitate repair of my grandma's heater. She has the original heater wall type heater. Several companies had been out prior and told my grandma they didn't know how to deal with, she had to replace it, or leave it be.

I explained to Can Do the kind of heater it is and they knew right away what I was talking about. They told me there would be a $99 travel fee to Delano on top of service fee, but that the travel fee would go towards the repair fee if it could be repaired.

Can Do seems to focus on going above and beyond. I received an email letting me know that my appointment time was confirmed.

Then the day of the appointment, I received a text with a picture of the technician arriving and his name.

When the technician arrived, he called me to inform me that he was at my grandma's house.

Don went ABOVE and BEYOND for my grandma. I can't even explain how top notch his level of service is.

Not only did he show grace when my grandma was running late arriving back at home, he got her heater up and running and even went as far as to show her how to use the leaf blower she had just bought. (*shakes head* so sorry she wrangled you into that, Don!!)

After the appointment, Don contact me to update me on my grandma's heater and then sent me pictures of it.

He saved our family money from having a costly expense, interruption of my grandma's daily activities, travel time for family members, etc.

In the next few months we will be addressing a cooling issue at the house and I have no plans to get other bids. I'm going straight to Can Do.

It was an all around professional and white glove experience. It was also easy booking, easy appointment, easy invoicing.

Amazing. From start to finish.
I had the misfortune of a clogged toilet that was backing up into the tub. to add insult to injury when I try to wash my hands in the sinks they also backed up. long story short the new plumbing done under my new home was fine but a sewer line and trap clean out was not performed from the back of the house to the alley where it connects with the city. horrible for me and I was at my wits end. a friend recommended I call Can do and they had someone out the next morning who was prompt, friendly, and bilingual which was important for talking to my insurance company and getting an initial denial reversed.

I absolutely highly recommend this company and even recommended to my insurance company that they include them on their network. They are friendly fast patient and do good work.

We had bought a brand new top of the line unit three years ago from others. Every time they came out to service our unit they were always trying to force other upgrades and repairs on us. This last one would have been over $20,000.
I did not believe what they were saying so we called in the ""Can Do"" crew for a second opinion. They were available to come on the day we called, but I chose to wait until the following day due to personal reasons. They provided us with a two hour window of when to expect the technician. The technician (Daniel) called us 40 minutes before the scheduled time and said he could come right then if it wasn't an inconvenience. Absolutely, come on over!
Once he arrived he asked for details of why we needed a second opinion, once he understood he performed a thorough check of the system and confirmed our suspicions that was nothing wrong and it was in perfect operating order. Daniel went out of his way to spend a little extra time to make sure we understood what he checked and how those checks were performed. Outstanding customer service!
Great to have a company with honesty and integrity available to ease our concerns and validate that our system was functioning as intended! This will be our go to company for all future needs and services.
