Technician came as both my a/c units were out. He changed both capacitors and I was billed for both, both expensive. But after he left, my upstairs unit wasn't blowing cold air. I called can do crew and the technician came back out and checked the attic and the coils were frozen for my upstairs a/c and then he gave me quotes for a new unit. I asked technician if he could take back the new capacitor he put into the upstairs unit that he already charged me for and he said he would need to talk to the owner, but I didn't hear back and still charged for a new $400 capacitor he put on an a/c unit that doesn't work. Gave 2 stars as he at least got my down stairs unit working.

My AC went out the hottest part of the year about a week ago, this was the only company that had affordable prices, but they had an appointment the very next day! These two things were great, but then I had the pleasure of meeting Brian who came to work on my AC unit and he fixed it while being super professional, understanding and left me trusting this company 100%

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. We purchased our water heater from them only 18 months ago and it ended up having some sort of fluke crack/leak on the inside.
They came out only 2 hours after my initial call at 8:00 AM about the leak, assessed that we needed a new unit, and had a new one delivered and installed by 1:00 PM. NO CHARGE as everything was under warranty!
You can feel safe with these guys and their honest work. They send you a text with a photo of who will be coming to your home and were very timely getting here.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would!
They accomplished everything I needed done to the house I just bought. I needed an HVAC, insulation blown in the attic and a gas line installed to the kitchen to replace the electric stove top with a gas one. Plus they threw in a water heater. Their estimates were below all of the others I had gotten previously.
All the technicians were on time, very efficient and friendly and went beyond their job titles to accommodate all of my expectations.
It is a relief to find a company that says what they mean and mean what they say. I recommend Can Do Crew with confidence that they will do the same great work for everyone.

Our hvac went out on during the 117 degree weather on a Sunday and likely due to everyone else's having hvac issues they were not able to see us until Wednesday morning. When the technician came he was very friendly and he was very transparent with everything they thought was the issue and the work they were doing. HVAC repairs can get very pricey and the last thing you want is to feel like they are pulling the wool over your eyes. The tech that came out did a good job explaining things to us and making sure we were comfortable with the whole process. Would recommend.

We were looking for a repair for a leak and refill of refrigerant (which we know is no longer available but has a replacement). Nothing was repaired as the technician said leak kit wouldn't work and we needed a whole new unit for 15K... felt like all they wanted to do was sell us a unit. Good thing was they are easy to schedule and had great communication. Just too bad nothing was fixed.

I had a small issue a day later and he came back literally a few minutes after I called it in. That, is customer service. Reliable company and I highly recommended them.
