As an earlier comment from another post these plumbers are lousy drivers and it reflects on the company image. This driver was really reckless and I believe will have a fatal accident. They don't care about others on the road so why would they care about their work! Think about it when you call them for service you would be taking a big risk!

Great company. Can-Am installed the plumbing in our new home. Had a issue just a few weeks past the one-year warranty when the kitchen faucet suddenly stopped working. Called, set up an appointment thru Rebecca in the office. Mike showed up on time, very professional. Very clean, had booties and everything. Was really embarrassed when the problem was a dead battery (which he replaced). He then inspected all the other faucets and toilets, adjusted a couple of items before he left - all at no charge even though it was my fault!

Not a service company, they installed the plumbing in my new Shea Home in Livermore. My touch less kitchen faucet suddenly stopped working one month after my warranty expired. Called them, it wasn't a problem for them even tho the warranty was technically over. Spoke with Rebecca In their office and they had Mike come by the next day. Very professional, very clean, he insisted on putting on booties before he even came in the House. I felt stupid when he pointed out the batteries in the faucet were dead but he just laughed and said no problem. How was I to know? He installed new batteries then checked all the toilets in the house. All at no charge even though I offered to pay. Nice to see a company that stands behind their work and that is not hung up on collecting every possible penny they could bill.

Our builder subcontracted the plumbing work for my home in Tracy to Can-Am plumbing. In short, they did a terrible job. None of the toilets were mounted correctly, and after having them come out to fix them (which they could not) we ended up having someone else do the work. Also, the shower drain in one of our bathrooms was forced in such a way as to cause a slow leak that we only discovered several years later. In short, there is no way I would ever let them do any work in my house.

Can-Am Plumbing was the subcontractor used to install the plumbing in our Gilroy home. From the day we moved into what should have been our dream house, we have had nothing but nightmare plumbing problems. Nearly one dozen pipes that have burst due to the Type M flexible copper made in China that was installed throughout our house. Due to the poor quality of the Type M flexible copper used in our house, we are now faced with having to repipe our home. Not covered by home owner's insurance. Do not buy a house piped by Can-Am Plumbing.
