Matt B.The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. They have promised to switch out our controller box for the last month. They make appointment and don't show up, don't call and then will not answer the phone when you call them to find out what is going on. If you want to be treated like you don't matter and get frustrated because you are being ignored then these are your people but if you want good customer service then go anywhere else but here. These people suck.
08.15.2019 - So finally after nearly 2 months of waiting the showed up to install the new controller. They sent out 2 inexperienced kids who were clueless. They did not re-install the surge protector and didn't securely attach the controller box. Once again - the absolute WORST company I have ever dealt with. Take your business elsewhere because these people suck.
