I was no-showed 3 times for an estimate to install mini-split system
in a home and a cabin on same location. There was no call or text to let me know that he could not make it. Would have preferred to use a local contractor but I will not tolerate this kind of lack of respect for a customer.

Called for an emergency septic problem and my 75 year old mothers house. Gave me a date and time to come out but failed to do so. I contacted and asked if the the next day was possible and was told yes. Next day no response when I asked if you are coming ? Nothing!

Honest, fair and very knowledgeable. We've had this company hook up our sewer lines to the city and repair broken pipes and install a toilet. They are very responsive and treat their customers like family. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

I called them and they came right out. I called them because my burham freedom boiler was working but it never got to 70 degrees so they came out and adjusted the parameters on the boiler and then they left after and hour the boiler stop working and tried to call them back but there 24/7 hour line kept forwarding me to a parking garage so I had to call some one else and try to find the board they still charge me $450 dollars and still trying to contact them about the charge and they kept on saying they will look at the bill and contact me still waiting. !!!!

Worst service I have ever gotten on any of my homes. Called them to fix valves for the washing machine and I also asked them if they could install a thermostat. They told me yes. Well they sent someone and the installation did not go well at all. They came out to fix the issue they claimed the unit caused then when the new home owners moved in they had to have some else come see the unit and fix their issues.

Corey Donner came out, charged me $250 to find a leak in my back yard, and scheduled a time to come out to fix the leak. We waited all day for him to show up, and he never did. We called numerous times and he did not answer the calls or return any of the voicemails we left. Now looking for another company. Don't waste your time and money.
