Not all hero's wear capes. Chris is definitely a hero. We woke up to no water first thing this morning, (Sat of course). He came out within 15 min of our call to troubleshoot. Turns out it is going to be a big job. He showed us how to turn the water on and off so we can take quick showers, have water to drink for us and the animals, fill buckets, etc. to get us through the weekend. He let us know what to expect in fixing the problem and contacted a leak detection service on our behalf. I feel that we are in good hands.

Chris has been quick to respond, via text or phone. He was able to help us troubleshoot via a photo and ultimately saved us hundreds of dollars. I will definitely call him again for our next plumbing issue.

We hired Chris after a hot water pipe burst in our home, to replace and upgrade all piping in the house once the house was gutted for repair. Campbell's was much less expensive than the other two bids we got for the job and Chris was great to work with! He is professional, easy to work with, and extremely efficient. I would recommend anyone call these guys for any plumbing job they have.

I found the basement area of my home partially filled with water one evening. A quick inspection indicated that there was a break in the main line from my well. I called several plumbers, but only one called back and that was in one minute. It was Chris from Campbell's Quality Plumbing. He told me he would be at my home in the morning at 9 AM. The doorbell rang at 8:55 AM. He confirmed my suspicions and after giving me a price began excavation to reach the main line. Fortunately, the break occurred near the house. Trevor arrived, and things moved quickly. The problem was traced back to a poor installation of copper pipe (a bend that weakened the pipe). They replaced the affected length of pipe with modern materials, and my system was up and running again in 2.5 hours. Because of this emergency service, regular projects at other locations were delayed so that mine could be finished. Many thanks guys. My wife was ecstatic as her many, many gardens could now be watered (I live on 5 acres) in the hot weather. We also got to flush the toilets again!!!!!

Chris and his crew took an in-depth look at the issue we discovered during our remodel and came up with a solution to mitigate the problem with the least disruption to the construction happening around my home. They were all professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I am so appreciative of their services and the work they do.

Chris has always responded quickly, found our leaks and fixed them with minimal charges! Highly recommend!

To begin with, wow! Chris didn't show up late, he showed up 3 days early! Who even does that? I called a day ago, he says, ""No problem, I can be there Monday."" I needed my hot water heater earthquake straps put on in the tiniest space imaginable AND a leaky faucet in the bathroom. I'm thinking cool, works for us. Then today he calls and says he's coming in an hour. Showed up exactly when he said he would, fixed everything and they finished super fast. He had a mask, was very professional, and had an awesome guy with him. Great team.
Campbell's plumbing was a miracle for us today. It meant the world to me to be able to TRUST a contractor. Seriously. When you don't know who to invite into your home to fix any plumbing issue, look no further. You'll refer him to your family and friends in an instant and be happy you did. Thanks guys!

Chris and his team did an awesome job untangling 1926 plumbing mysteries and putting in new laundry service and updated shower plumbing. He gave a great estimate and stuck to it. They were quick and efficient with the work and it has made a great and long overdue improvement to my home. He also explained everything so I understand much more about my house and how its plumbing works. I highly recommend Campbell's Quality Plumbing for any plumbing job.

Recently, I was notified by my local utility district that I may have a water leak. After following their suggested steps, I was able to confirm I had a water leak, somewhere between the utilities' meter/shutoff valve and the house shutoff valve. I contacted a local highly visible plumbing company who quoted a price of nearly $7000 to dig a new line, guaranteeing the pipe for 10 years....
My neighbor had the same issue of a leaking water line a few years prior, so I contacted her plumbing contractor, ""Campbell's Quality Plumbing"". Chris Campbell stopped by a day later and quoted $4000. He said his pipe is guaranteed for 30 years and he would replace the existing shut off valve with a newer, safer valve. He contacted ""811"", declaring an emergency and the appropriate agencies arrived within an hour, marking the necessary obstacles to be avoided (gas, water, cable, sewer). Chris showed up the next morning at 8:30AM with an assistant. Because of the underground obstacles where the new water line needed to go, they dug a trench by hand with shovels and other appropriate digging tools - approximate 30-35 feet @ 18"" deep. Unfortunately, they encountered a poorly buried fiber optic cable, breaking it. Chris immediately tried to contact that utility to get them out to repair it. I was finally able to contact the utility for a repair technician to come out a day & a half later. Chris and his assistant completed digging the trench by noon. Chris replaced the utility's brass connection and showed me how corroded (nasty & gross) it was. In order to replace the old valve and brass piping inside my garage, he used a concrete saw to cut the concrete floor around the pipe, then a jack hammer to break it up, He then attached a new ""shut off ball valve"" and connected to the new water pipe. Once everything was set in place, they tested the system. They finished the install with fresh concrete around the pipe, which looked like it did before. They back-filled as much of the trench as they could, deciding to wait till my fiber optic cable was spliced back together (1 & 1/2 days later) before finishing filling in the trench. They were done by 2:30PM, 6 hours after they started. They did as much clean up as possible, leaving the site as close to pristine as before.
It was expensive, but with the required effort, quality of materials, attention to detail and willingness to do the job correctly, it was worth it to me. Another neighbor in my cul-de-sac had the same issue as me, and they dug their own trench...which took them several days. I don't know what kind of materials they used. I was without running water for five days...try it...you won't like it. I have had experiences with several different plumbing companies in the past, mostly major ones that advertise extensively, but I found ""Campbell's Quality Plumbing"" the most informative and upfront. It is without a doubt, from this point forward, I'll call ""Campbell's Quality Plumbing"" for any potential future plumbing needs.

These guys are great...they came to my rescue with a leaking pipe, which turned out to be something different....They were fast and efficient and an excellent price. Fixed my leaky pipe, installed a new faucet and garbage disposal in about a couple of hours.....highly recommend!!!!
