My pipe valve froze and cracked, spilling lots of unwanted water into my basement. One phone call and two hours later, the plumber removed the valve and totally fixed the problem. Best service ever.

If I could give more stars I would! Our ejector pump failed and our finished basement flooded. After the cleanup, we got referred to Campbell's. They came out within 2 days and were very fairly priced. They replaced the ejector pump, well tank, and hot water heater. They were extremely professional and responsive. I will absolutely use them again for any plumbing work.

Not the most pleasant guy to deal with. Fought me on installing a re-circulation line in my house, then installed the re-circ line incorrectly. The installation directions were very clear on my Rinnai tankless heater. If line is over 200' in length use 3/4 inch pipe. He used 1/2"". He was supposed to run the recirculation pipe to the furthest away fixture from the water heater, he did not. Chose 3 from last fixture. The water heater was to have a special recirculation valve installed, it was not. It was to have a recirculation valve filter installed, it was not. All clearly in the directions. I had a plumber friend of mine figure this out when trying to trouble shoot why the wireless receiver on water heater was not communicating with my phone app. I called Campbell to ask if they could come verify where the special valves were installed in case I am just not seeing it and they wanted to charge me for it because it was installed 2 years ago. they said I should have called him then. I owned a business for 20 years, if I installed something incorrectly then I would fix it, free of charge...especially if it null and voided my 12 year warranty on my Rinnai.

I am amazed! We contacted or tried to contact a few local plumbers to help us with our DIY bathroom redo. We knew we needed a pro but finding one was harder than we thought. We had some look at the job and wanted to replace all working piping with new, would not return calls, couldn't seem to fit us in, or just was a no-show for the appointment. Not only did Campbells Plumbing LLC return our calls quickly, but showed up and did an amazing job! They are honest, are hard workers, provide great customer service, so we highly recommend them. We will call them instead of trying to DIY plumbing again!

This team was very responsive. I had multiple issues I had let go re a partially clogged kitchen sink and dishwasher drain, and two lavatory leaks beginning. Kevin showed up on time as promised, systematically took care of every issue. I even had some ""customer supplied"" items I added to the list upon arrival, and it was no problem. One item required a return with parts the next day, and it, too, was done to perfection. And the price was more than reasonable. Service does not get any better than this.

We had Campbell's plumbing come out when our hot water heater went up. The gentleman was very polite and professional. He did a great job replacing our water heater and the pipes. He also recommended that we have a system installed due to hard water. We did that as well and everything is sooooo much better!
