Put a hole in a water line hanging something on my kitchen wall. Completely flooded kitchen. Called and had someone here in 10 minutes on a Sunday evening. Had it fixed in less than 15 minutes after arrival. Definitely will be my go to plumber. Wonderful service!

I've been using Campbell's for several years for my home and for a rental property. Their technicians are always knowledgeable and friendly! Recently we just bought a new house and they did the plumbing and heating and it all works wonderfully! They have saved us money in our rental by repairing the water heater instead of just replacing it and helped us when we were selling a property get all the minor repairs done quickly for the inspection. Mike one of the owners even came out on the 4th of July and did repairs himself when we needed him. I can't say enough how much I appreciate their service! Thanks again to all of your staff!

I have used Campbell's for both plumbing and HVAC work. They have always been professional and courteous. I am compelled to write a review after having my water heater fail. It was 5:00 PM Joe assessed the situation, replaced the water heater by 7:00 PM, he even left an air dryer in my mechanical room to dry out the floor that was soaked from the leaky water heater. I received a follow up call the next day from Joe checking in to make sure everything was working correctly. Great customer service to say the least. Highly recommended.

I had an A/C installed. The technician who did the install forgot to plumb the condensation line. After nearly 4 weeks of using the unit my wife and I came home to water running from our downstairs bathroom exhaust fan and dripping down the walls near that bathroom. (Our mechanical room is upstairs directly over the downstairs bathroom). EEEEEEK. I know mistakes happen, and at this point I would expect a company to make things right.

Pat K. started off making things right. He would call me or answer calls when things arose. Then suddenly he decided he was done paying out for their botched install. I had to have carpet stretched upstairs in our house. My wife and spend 2 days of our time moving everything in our house to save $$$ on the stretch. While doing the stretching the flooring tech noticed water stains on the carpet backing in 3 different areas of our house. After explaining what happened to the carpet he said well that is why your carpet all of the sudden was loose and why the carpet had ridges outside of the rooms where the carpet got wet. The carpet was wet for nearly 4 weeks.

Pat said he didn't feel he was responsible for this. Since I made a choice to have carpet stretched he was only covering part of the cost.

The money itself is mostly irrelevant. Although I feel they are 100% responsible for that cost. The manner in which Pat conducted himself at this point was unacceptable to me. He was condescending and lectured me about how I should have handled the carpet stretch. I even brought his attitude to his attention without any response. Originally he stated if the furnace goes out in the first 2 years they would be responsible to fix that as well. I emailed him back asking if he was still standing behind his promise on the furnace. (The water from the A/C was running directly into the furnace's electrical system). I couldn't even get a response. God help me if the furnace goes out this winter.

I absolutely in good conscious can NOT recommend Campbell to anyone. Absolutely crazy a company would botch an install then try to put part of the responsibility back on the customer.

Campbell's Plumbing has been the most incredible company to work with this year. John D exceeded all of my expectations in customer service. He has unclogged sinks and fixed the shower. He also installed our dishwasher and was so awesome about coming back into our home a few weeks later to finish the job and secure the dishwasher after the countertops were installed. I trusted him so much that I just leave the door open for him and he comes in and takes care of our family. Thank you John!

Had a great experience with this company called a few other companies first not even a call back, called this company at 7am answered got a appointment for early today and came out fixed my problem for $160.00 I was totally thinking i needed a new hot water heater...he fixed it and educated me in how the system worked...A++++ from the Alexander family! We will be using you from now on!

Completely unprofessional, used them because our GC did.

Initial appointment went good, after that it went down hill. The next appointment was a no show, a week later they were hours late, and working next door (I had to walk over mutiple times to get them over). There must be no communication because the employees there that were suppose to come over knew nothing of it. The third time was another no show, I called that night and they told me the Head Guy would call me back...never did. I had to get a hold of him days later, he set an appointment up for a week later. The fourth time they are hours late again. I would never use them again, If you are looking for a new company DO NOT use this one. One time would have been okay, mutiple times late, mutiple calls never returned, and mutiple skipped apointments. Need I say they never apologized and never tired to make up for it. Thumbs Down

Our go-to plumber. Stan came over on Xmas eve when our bathroom flooded and we had family visiting. He discovered a broken flange under the toilet, had a proper replacement and had the bowl re-installed in no time. My kids were singing his praises!
