Cailean came out and fixed my parents broken drain pipe under the sink we cracked a pipe trying to remove a water snake, the office answered on the first call around 6 pm told me a tech would call the next morning, at 8 am sharp I got a call from the tech and he was in route! Not only did they fix the pipe but he was able to upgrade the fittings at no extra cost so that way in the future it would be easier to water snake the pipes leading to the septic system! Everyone has been super friendly and would 10 out of 10 Would refer friends or family to this awesome company!!!

Did not have good luck with these guys. We had a urinal flushing too long wasting water. They were prompt in coming, fixed it, but then about half an hour after they left we noticed a bad leak into the wall. Called them back over... while trouble shooting the issue he tells me " you know I'm going to charge you for this "... I said "well, it wasn't leaking before you worked on it". Then a few minutes later the urinal stops working completely, and he tells me we need to replace the whole valve assembly, and that he would have to order it. (For a lot more money) I reluctantly agreed. Waited weeks, checked in at least twice asking if the part was in. Said they'd check on it, and never called back. It became pretty obvious they weren't coming back. I finally called Milton Frank... they came and replaced the valve components and had it fixed in less than an hour.

I would recommend them because they are kind enough to diagnose a leak without charging me. They are a family owned company and I will keep going back to them for services.

SO VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

Not only did they no show up this morning but when we tried to call we were yelled at and hung up on! He said they called and there was no answer. This was not true and when he verified the number it was our Landlord's cell number and not ours. He wouldn't listen and said "we should take our business elsewhere". Terrible Customer Service

This is a family-owned business and they were very prompt and courteous. I gave them 2 stars, however, because their service charge is $125! That's close to twice what I've been charged by other plumbers, and my house is only 2 miles from their business. I asked for a reduction since I own multiply properties and told them I would be happy to use them as my preferred plumbing company but they were inflexible. So this is the last time I will call them.

I had a plumbing issue at my house. They came over fixed the problem and wouldn't take a payment because Cailen said he didn't feel right charging me for a job that took 5 minutes. I will never ever use any other plumber ever again. Honest and very honorable business.

Campbell and sons had always been professional and done good work in the past, but after the most recent experience I would give them zero stars if that were an option. We got a very late call to reschedule our initial appointment and should have stopped there, but we persevered given that we had a positive prior history. Not only did we get overcharged, but it took multiple visits to get everything straightened out. While the assistant seemed knowledgeable and friendly, Shane was surly and installed things in a manner that had us finding out more than we wanted to know about plumbing codes and berated us for reaching out to see that things were taken care of properly. We think that all is straight now, but the experience leaves me unable to recommend them as a vendor that you can trust to provide quality work for a reasonable price.

Showed up early in a mask - same day service!

Was very informed and knowledgeable about our tandem water heaters and diagnosing the cause of the water in the pan. Very courteous. We will call in them again!
