Let’s talk about my pricing: Remodeling bathrooms and kitchens usually costs around $1,500. Plumbing a new house can range from $2,500 to $3,500, depending on size. The cost for water heater replacement is $900, which covers removal and disposal. I charge $200 for sewer snaking. I bill repairs at $35 per hour, in addition to materials. My prices are flexible and may adjust based on the job. A year ago, I began this venture, starting with small jobs such as sink changes and sewer snaking. As I progressed, I moved into bathroom remodels and then took on full plumbing installations in duplexes and houses. I started my plumbing career focusing on new construction.
