Water heater replacement is priced at $900, which includes removal and disposal. Sewer snaking is available for $200. Repairs are charged at an hourly rate of $35, plus the cost of materials. My prices are flexible and may adjust based on the job. I started this business a year ago, initially handling small tasks like sink changes and sewer snaking.
