Scott and his team were great! I was having some issues with my septic lines leading from my basement. I called and they dispatched a technician within 1hr to start working on the issues. They quickly found the problem and repaired. In all they were responsive, very fair with cost and extremely professional.

Ive already referred to a family member and will continue to do so. As an owner of a service company I was very impressed with Campbell.

This review is a bit past due, but we've had Campbell out to our house twice and I've been extremely happy with their service.

The first time they came out was at 2am on Christmas morning, just about the worst time you ever want to have to call a plumber. With our sewer backing up and plans to host christmas dinner the next day we needed service immediately. We called 4 or 5 24/7/365 places and found out that apparently 365 doesn't include Christmas day for anyone but Campbell. Their guy showed up, hooked up the till, cleared out the pipe and made sure everything was cleaned up and ready for the holiday. He also got it all done in time to make it home to spend Christmas with his kids.

The second time they came out was more routine. Same pipe was backing up and we needed roots cut out. The job got done, everything cleaned up and they were totally professional.

I've also never felt ripped off by these guys. The christmas work cost more, it was an emergency and a holiday, but I felt they were fair.

I would strongly recommend them.

Very rude! I asked if he offered discounts, and he said ""Call someone else"" and then didn't show up to an appointment we had already scheduled!

Run, don't walk away from this outfit. They flooded my kitchen and basement with sewage and walked away leaving me with the cleanup. This is unsanitary, bad business let alone unethical.

These guys are great! Visiting my mom for Thanksgiving and I discovered her hot water heater started purging water all over the floor - on black friday nonetheless! Phoned them up from a sticker we found on the side of the previous furnace they had installed 12 years prior. They arrived within minutes (literally!) with a new water heater and had it installed within the hour. Don't know what we would have done without them!
They also took a look at the shower faucet free of charge!
