we subscribe to Campbell and companies services where they will check, throughout the year, the workings of our HVAC, air conditioning, electricity, plumbing, etc., etc. It has been very much worth our money. Today, Eric came as scheduled - was on time- and thoroughly, professionally, and pleasantly did a complete check on our HVAC system. We are very pleased with the excellent customer service that Campbell and Company provides!

We had a fantastic experience with Campbell this past Summer. Our air unit went out and we decided to try Campbell and Company this time. We are VERY PLEASED. They responded very quickly and had a new system installed for us quickly. Everyone that we met and worked with from Campbell were prompt, personalable, professional and trust-worthy. We were pleased with the whole experience and highly recommend them.

If I could give the place minus 20 stars I would. Our central air went out on 7/11/24. Tech came out same day. Told us had to order some parts would be in the following week. Mind you it's been 103-108 degrees. They never offered to overnight the parts, we would have paid more to get them here faster. Tech told us parts would be in 7/18 or 7/19. Called to ask about them. Reception was rude! Transferred me to Krystal who was nice and said they'd come out and fix as soon as the parts are in. Today is 7/22/24 and still no parts and no call! There is no sense of urgency from them! I have 3 little children in a hot house for 12 days!!!! This is beyond maddening! We would have paid extra for parts to get here faster. And this isn't the 1st time this has happened. We have had break downs in the heat of summer and the coldest winter at one time they had the parts in their warehouse but scheduled us out a week to put them in when it was minus 15 out! This will be our last time using them, then never again! They don't care about the customer, they just want money and we even signed up for their ""maintenance program"" it's a joke! They couldn't care less to help a family in need that is living in a house that is 100 degrees or more inside. They need to get back to their core values helping families! Very disgusted!

The serviceman came because of a nonworking pump control, which I knew and showed them and they charged. $139 diagnostic fee to tell me what I already knew.
They emailed me a price of $534 to install a new pump control. I thought that this was a bit much and looked on Amazon and found a new control for $30. I went to a local pump store and they had the control for $28 and they walked me through putting it on myself.
It was extremely easy and took me, (a non electrician/non plumber) to change out and install the new pump control switch.
So I spent $139 for an expensive lesson and fixed my pump switch for $28.

I had their technician come out to diagnose my hvac system that I already knew was low on refrigerant. Their technician only added refrigerant didn't check inside system or use soap to check for any leaks. He tried to sell me a new system charged me $200 and left. Luckily I found a good Company that came out & found the leak within a hour.

Same day service. Polite and knowledgeable technicians. Honest diagnosis. No heavy sell tactics. Fixed problem immediately with necessary parts with them. Jacob (Scooby) and Eric were wonderful.

Because of my experience with this company I'd never recommend here. I didn't think anyone I talked to was professional. supervisors, field technicians, and the receptionists. No one ever has a simple answer. Plenty of other places to go to do research

Someone comes asks my wife how much her mortgages, interest rate, how old she is & how much she paid for the house. Which makes her uncomfortable. he says the HVAC is covered by warranty as well as the front desk. In the end it's not, no explanation. We go in and find out the warranty can be transferred only 30 days they said to my wife and I. We set an appointment and apparently it's 90 days which is past the warranty, they were dishonest the entire time. Nothing got resolved he could have told us to change it into our name the first visit. My wife asked many times why can't it be changed then, while he was there.
