So I had my AC outside unit devices a few years ago by C&C. They said it needed Freon. Ok. Sure. The next year it starts acting up. The fan dies. I call in another company and they fix the fan. They ask me if I topped off the Freon myself. I said No, why? Because the wrong type of Freon was used in my unit. Oh crap. Now my entire Compressor unit is dead. Thats going to run me 3000 plus. Thank you Campbell and Company. Never ever will use them again.

Thought I was in good hands until today. My first year with Campbell. Just had a inspection of the air condition a few weeks ago. Unit just kicked in for the summer. However, unit didn't work properly. Called in again. This time a service fee again and hefty fees again for something that should have been taken care of in the first place during the inspection. Was informed that the unit might be leaking refrigerant. How was it not diagnosed just a few weeks ago? OK with paying a fees but not twice for the same stuff! No more Campbell for me.

Updating my bad review from 10/17. After emailing the front desk I was contacted by Brandon who apologized profusely for the company ""dropping the ball"" and went out of his way to solve the problem. I'm very happy with the result and I hope that this incident assists the company in making sure ""dropping the ball"" doesn't happen to somebody else. Brandon went above and beyond and I really do appreciate it.

I have been a customer of Campbell and Company for many years and they used to very customer oriented but now they are just trying to ""sell"" their other products and services. Recently a technician recommended a relay and capacitor for our air conditioner under warranty, but he had to call the office first. When the technician called me back they wanted to an electrical inspection not covered under the warranty. They sent me an estimate and the inspection would cost about $250 and may require a surge protector which they didn't specify what that would cost. I paid more than $9,000 for the new furnace and air conditioner and they should have done more up front, especially when I had told them several times that they had to install a capacitor in our old air conditioner.

I definitely do not recommend Campbell and Company and I will let friends and neighbors know why.

These guys are very professional. Our air conditioner was not working well and my husband called them to make appointment. They came as soon as their schedule was available. We ended up buying a new air conditioner. In the mean time, they provided us the temporarily portable air conditioner while waiting to get our new air conditioner. Within a week, we got a new air conditioner. We highly recommend this company for HVAC system.

We have been using Campbell and Company for many years, and signed up for the maintenance plan around seven or eight years ago. It has been money well spent. Their service is quick, easy to schedule, and they always arrived within the window given. We always ask for Giovanni to do any of the maintenance and repairs. We like him, he is very knowledgable on the systems, he does a great job, and he is very helpful. Thank you Campbell and Company for having and employee like Giovanni - he represents your company very well.

After an unexpected emergency issue arose with our plumbing and our regular plumber couldn't get to us until the following day, called Campbell & Co. We know them well on the HVAC side, have been members of their service plan for a few years now and been very happy.

Campbell & Co. were the only folks in town that could get to us on an emergency basis. The plumber, Chris, arrived after a long day of plumbing calls, worked diligently to identify the cause of our issue. He was knowledgeable, professional and we were super impressed with his work ethic. He called the next morning to check on the status of our issue and came back out to meet with the septic guys to get our problem resolved.

We highly recommend this company Any specialist they've sent our way has been courteous, professional and has an impressive knowledge base of their specialty.

So happy with the Electrical Service that I received that I am having the plumber come today. Electrician was professional, explained the issues before fixing them and counseled me on what services needed to be done for safety versus usability. Will only have Campbell & Company out to take care of my electrical needs in the future!

These people are good. We had Apollo install a system in our home which was a nightmare. Sloppy installation with tons of problems. Service guy was out 12 times trying to make it work.
So we went to Campbell and they were great! Very professional.
