I have lived in Kennewick for 6 yrs and have had them take care of all of our HVAC and electrical work.
They even put in a new furnace and heat pump a few yrs ago.
They came out Monday to service our HVAC which we have a contract for this Every 6 months.
Then on Tuesday came out to give us an estimate to replace all our hard wired smoke detectors.
We were not charged a fee for a home visit and estimate.
Today we called to get an estimate on putting in a 220 plug. They told us we would be charged a home visit fee over $100.
Their prices are high and they do good work but I'm looking for a new company to service my HVAC and do my electrical work.
I will not pay over $100 for an estimate


They do good work but are Very, very overpriced.
Sometimes they charge a fee for an estimate and sometimes not?
You never know what price you will get.
The fee for a home visit is very, very high too.
We are looking for a new company now to service hour HVAC and electrical work

We called them when we had troubles with our heat pump, they charged us an additional fee for the upstairs unit. In then end they said its time replace both and gave us a quote for about 38000. I checked with their competition, they said they'd do it for 24000 for both units, same equipment. They also said we should use your home warranty if you want to buy some time since you just bought the house. They said you could probably get buy another 2-3 years with a new motor in the unit. I called the home warranty company, they came out right away, the first time they replaced relays and capacitors, that worked for a week, I had them come out again, they replaced the motor and its been fine for 4 months.

We have been this Company since having our home built in 2010. We've never had a problem until this year 2019. We've had appts made to only sit and wait and wait and wait. We put everything on hold, errands and such because we were told the serviceman would show up within a 4 hr allotted window time only to be called 10 mins before that window closes and tell us the service man won't be coming, or had an emergency or was sick, etc etc etc. I was told on one of the cancellations that our appt would be rescheduled and the little gal in the office went as far as giving us a date to only find out once that date arrived and again we sat around for the 4 hours and no one showed up, so my husband called and the same gal told him ""oops doesn't look like it was scheduled after all. So we scheduled once again for today 12-5-19 and ONCE AGAIN PUT EVERYTHING ON HOLD only to get a phone call 20 mins before the 4 hour window closes and get told oh service man ran into a problem, we will call when he's on his way. Got the call an hr later telling me he is on his way and will be there in 30-40 mins. I'm tired of getting the run around for your company. I understand things happen but not every single time we have an appt. I expect some type of compensation for OUR TIME AND TROUBLE! And when both my husband and I ask for me to get all phones calls that's what we expect. My husband works and it's a pain in his ass to have to stop doing his job in order to take a phone call that he has asked not to get. So fix your business!!! Fix your employees!!! Start making your customers happy to have you taking care of there heating and AC!q

over priced. Estimated a job three times more than others and we would provide the unit to be replaced, they were charging us $800 for us to buy the unit. Their price was $1600, we had it done by another company for $250.00.

I have been taking my HVAC to be set in place for several years. I take the filter to Campbells, they replace the filter that I take home and place in my unit. The young man who did this must have been in a hurry because he did not completely put the filter in place. When I got home and tried to put it in the unit it would not fit. Had to go back to Pasco from South Richland and have another technician put it in place...simple but never should have happened in the first place.
The ladies apologized a bunch and gave me a Mcdonalds card and a $10 certificate on my next purchase. This was great but the young man should be admonished to look the filter over before returning it to me.

I received a courtesy call about an hour before the technician arrived. Upon arrival he explained to me what he was doing and about how long it would take. He was professional and courteous. He suggested a few things that needed to be done but I felt no pressure to make a decision right then and there. I was planning a big remodel project on my house. We were making plans and getting all the contractors lined up. The sales person, John and their project manager, Nate, met with my general contractor to go over the project. They said they could do the job and gave me a bid. After 3 month of planning and just before we were supposed to start the job, John in sales sent an email to me stating they declined the project...not even the courtesy of a phone call. Very unprofessional. We spent a lot of time working with them and then they backed out at the last minute. My general contractor thinks they only want to do easy jobs where they can make fast money. Definitely not a FULL SERVICE company. Very disappointed but, in the long run, I'll probably be happy I went with another company that will provide quality, predictable service for the long run.
