Our family had a plumbing emergency late on a Saturday evening. We were renting a cabin and were from out town. We googled the area for a plumbing company near us and found Yavapi and Coconino Mr Rooter. The call center was quick to answer and gave us information that a plumbing representative will be calling us shortly. Caleb called within minutes and told us it would take about 1 hour and 20minutes to get to us. He arrived earlier than expected. Upon arrival , Caleb introduced himself and starting right away on our plumbing issue. He was very patient with the many questions that I had. He diagnosed and fixed the issues quickly. Caleb was very professional and had great sense of humor while doing his job. A+ on customer service.

Josh was extremely responsive to my request to have a reverse osmosis system installed. Provided him with preference of system and he gave substantial feedback. Ordered unit and had it shipped directly to the home for installation. Josh and his assistant were both prompt and professional and the system was installed and when the work was completed you could not tell they were here. The area they worked in was left just as clean as when they arrived and the packaging material was even removed. Excellent customer service! Look no further as he is the best.
