Cindy K.This company is terrific. I had a nightmare dealing with a malfunctioning Rheem water heater. Derek came out that day to check it and found it was the unit that was bad. It was under warranty so the manufacturer wanted me to use the plumber they subcontract before they would send a new unit. After a week of dealing with no call backs the manufacturer said I could use my own plumber. Daryl who was answering the phone was super helpful, kept me informed and got Derek out here right away. Derek was great, professional, quick and understanding of my hyped up dog. This company is great!
